As co-creators with consciousness, asking ourselves the question "What am I weaving?" invites us into creative play with the energy of the universe. This questions invites you to consider what you want to actively work towards bringing into the world. This means we have to consider which threads we nurture as well as which ones we will cut.

Settle in and commit to taking these few minutes for yourself.

Everything will be where you left it when you return.

As you take a breath,

Allow your awareness to travel with that breath,

Through your nostrils,

Down your throat and esophagus,

Expanding your belly.

Then,

Allow your awareness to follow your breath back out,

Letting your belly contract,

Your chest fall,

As the air rejoins its source.

Engage in a couple more cycles of breath,

Just like this.

Today's affirmation is,

I am weaving.

I am weaving.

Our lives are like in-progress tapestries,

Woven as we live them.

Threads are introduced,

Cut,

Removed,

Added,

All at our conscious and unconscious decisions.

I am weaving.

Do you have threads that need something from you in your life?

Do they need nurturing?

Do they need to be cut?

What needs to happen to bring your threads into alignment?

I am weaving.

I am weaving.

Until next time.
