If you can and you desire,

Take this mindful moment outdoors.

If you cannot or do not wish to,

Close your eyes and envision yourself in your favorite outdoor space.

Pause if needed.

As you experience several rounds of grounding breaths,

Take note of the differences in the air out here.

Notice the temperature.

Notice the scents.

Is the air dry or humid?

Use your sensory perceptions to ground your awareness.

Today's affirmation is,

I am attracting.

I am attracting.

We grow what we focus on.

Like a planet has gravity and can attract and hold satellites.

Or like a sun attracting planets.

Visualize your goals as entities you can attract and hold in your orbit.

I am attracting.

Where have you been focusing?

Based on your focus,

What have you attracted recently?

I am attracting.

Manifesting is also about action.

If you find your focus on things you don't wish to attract,

What can you do to create an environment that improves your focus?
