In through your nose, And follow the flow of your breath with your awareness. Out through your mouth with a sigh. Once again, Inhale, Feeling the expansion of your chest, And out within, Ahhhh. Take a few more breaths just like that. Today's phrase is, I am sacred. I am sacred. What comes up for you when you hear this? I am sacred. My physical body is sacred. My emotional body is sacred.
