We often move through our day on autopilot,
Relying on heuristics,
Or mental shortcuts,
And past experience to get us through the day.
I am conscious.
But what does your day look like when you choose to break out of autopilot,
And consciously experience a moment?
I am conscious.
What happens when you live aware of your emotions' impact?
When you're aware of your thoughts' sources?
I am conscious.
