Soft Encounters | Part One: Cassy

Part of Cassy's message to Ruben: Thank you, Ruben! Your first episode moved and gripped me. I've been stuck for so long in chronic illness-enforced isolation. I have severe ME/CFS and a highly sensitized nervous system from too much trauma. Like Cassy, I'm in Australia and live with severe ME/CFS and am housebound except for medical appointments. Since Covid made me so sick and disabled 2 years ago, it has been incredibly difficult and distressing to be so isolated from the world. I don't know how I'd have survived without Insight Timer.

I found your recordings recently and am incredibly grateful for the depth of your wisdom and generosity. It's a very rare combination of empathy, compassion, fearlessness, and egolessness, I think.
