I've been speaking with Irene,
A woman from Finland.
And she had to stay in her bed for about 23 hours a day for many years.
We came to speak to each other through the Living Dying Project.
She had contacted them to ask for some support.
To share about her situation and some of her fears about dying.
What I noticed within her was this wisdom.
She was able to tap into this beautiful space,
Connecting with her Guru Rinpoche.
We spoke for many hours a week,
Three mostly,
For almost a year.
And each time we met,
There was this beautiful clarity.
Somehow,
Because of truly exploring death and dying,
We both gained more trust in life.
And actually,
Those moments where we spoke were just so warm and loving.
And there was a lot of humor as well.
What I learned from that mostly is that sharing with each other is such a powerful way to drop into this more spacious,
Locationless space.
Yeah.
We were silent as well,
While speaking with each other.
And at the end of Irene,
Her life,
She was really at peace,
At ease.
Ready to go.
Ready to leave her body.
Hmm.
And I think this exploration of death and dying is very helpful,
Also when one is feeling physically okay.
What I also learned from speaking with Irene is that I could never really understand how she must have felt.
I also shared this with her.
It's very hard to imagine how it would be to no longer be able to just go out into the world.
So when reading your message,
I deeply felt,
Hmm,
Compassion.
And also knowing that I cannot really totally feel how you are feeling.
I can guess a little bit and feel into it.
I'm very grateful for your message.
And it's very beautiful to read that my guidance during these sessions was helpful for you.
For now I feel I can just be here for you.

Yeah.
I do hope that you feel what I'm trying to communicate.

I find it very helpful at times to let all thoughts slowly go down through the head.

All those thoughts and feelings.
Sensations.
Into the heart.
This heart that welcomes all.
Truly welcomes it all.
This heart that is so spacious,
Warm and loving.

So spacious.
And when all thoughts,
Emotions and feelings,
Slowly from above,
Are invited into the heart,
You might be able to notice that life feels spacious,
Silent,
Soft,
Warm.
And if some more thinking seems to be there,
Just invite it down.

Slowly down into this beautiful,
Spacious,
Loving,
Non-personal heart.
The essence.

Softening.
Moment to moment.
And knowing that this is possible,
Moment to moment.

When you feel worried,
Or anxious,
