
Clear Your Insecurities Now
Insecurity is the feeling of not being good enough. That is only a story, one story but only as true as you decide it is. In this short video, we'll do an exercise together to clear insecurities and self doubt in mere minutes.

It's really common to be worried about not being good enough.
Having a story that whatever I do,
If I do my best,
It's not good enough.
I'm not good enough.
If this fails,
I'm not good enough.
Or if.
.
.
Someone gives me a bad review.
I'm not good enough.
You know,
There's a lot of things that people worry about,
Insecurities that really revolve around that.
But you know something,
They're all stories.
They're just stories and stories are not real.
Do you know what's real?
Whatever's happening right now.
And then it's gone.
Everything else is a story.
Trying to imagine what's going to happen is a story.
Being bogged down by things that have happened before,
They're just stories.
The only thing that's real is what is happening now.
Your insecurities are not real.
Prize.
They're just stories.
Their stories about.
Well,
They come from fear.
And their story is usually about not being good enough in some way,
But they're not real.
You can always improve on something that you know you're not good at,
But you want to be better at.
Fine.
There's no insecurity there.
It's actually a power decision to go and do that.
Trying something.
And then telling yourself a hundred stories about why it might fail or what would make it wrong or whatever,
What people are going to think or not think.
What if you could just cut the ties to all of those things?
You can take your insecurities.
First of all,
Figure out what they are.
Can you look within and say,
Okay,
This is what I feel insecure about.
Make a list and then.
Let each of them Go.
How do you let go of an insecurity or a fear?
There's lots of ways to do it.
Let me teach you one right now.
This one is my favorite or one of my favorites because so fast and it's called.
Faster EFT.
Super easy so you take a thing that you're worried about so Maybe we'll say.
I got a bad review on one of my books.
And so now I feel like maybe my book isn't that good actually.
OK,
So I have this like insecurity about talking about my book.
Like if I talk about my book and somebody sees that review,
They're going to be like,
That probably sucks.
And then I'm like,
So I'm afraid to talk about my book because I feel insecure about my book.
So here's a way to release that.
I have identified the fear and where it came from.
Watch,
And you can do this with me.
Because whatever it's about for you,
This will still work.
You just do this.
Just do what I do and say it when I say it.
Just do it now with me.
I can let this go.
I'm letting this go ready to let this go.
Sees like a sea.
It's safe to let this go.
Grab your wrist.
Take a deep breath in.
Say peace while you are.
Check in how you feel.
I feel better,
Man.
But if you don't feel all the way better,
Just do it again.
One more time.
I'm letting this go and you can change up the words.
It's safe to let this go.
I'm letting this go now.
I'm ready to let this go.
Every time you do it.
You're going to feel better.
So give that a try.
That's just one tool,
But I'm telling you it's a good one.
