Welcome to date 29.
So happy to be together with you again,
Working on these lessons.
So today,
Let's remember that when we are in a quiet space of stillness of mind,
Those feelings,
The feeling of beingness,
Just being,
Okay,
And awareness,
Feels big and expansive.
We feel bigger than our bodies.
We know that we're connected to something greater than small problems and small emotions.
And negative emotions feel constrictive.
They make us feel tight in our bodies and feel small and alone.
But that's illusions.
Those are not real because we know we know we are bigger,
We are infinite,
We are boundless awareness and beingness is part of like everything.
So if we know that that's who we are,
That we know that when we feel constricted emotions that those are not true,
Representatives of who we are.
So the more that when you experience some kind of a constraining kind of feeling,
Tightness,
Something like that,
Emotions,
Clench,
If you can say,
Oh,
That's not me.
Then it can dissolve and fly away.
It doesn't need to stay.
It's you're,
You're recognizing that that's not true.
And as soon as you do that,
It loses power.
It makes it easier to come back to beingness.
And again,
Whatever we pay attention to grows.
So the more that we pay attention to the expansive feeling of just being peace,
The more that becomes our natural state and those other things just don't have impact anymore and rarely come around.
So that's where we're going with this.
So when you feel any kind of clenchy feelings,
Stressed out something or a negative emotion,
I would like you to notice it and say,
That's not me.
Just say to yourself,
That's not me or there is I recognize that feeling,
But that's not me.
Okay.
Because it takes you if you recognize it,
You are already outside of it.
So that's the point we want to move your awareness from being in it like it's you to being outside of it and saying,
That's not me.
And you'll feel that it goes away really,
Really easily.
Okay.
That's your assignment today.
Noticing,
Okay,
Noticing.
And when you notice an emotion happening that's unpleasant,
You say to the end,
You basically say to that emotion,
You say,
That's not me.
And then notice what happens as often as you need to try this exercise today.
Okay.
Thanks.
One month tomorrow.
