Welcome to day 15 so exciting to keep going with you and helping you Be a part of this and develop with this program so today we're going to be talking about awareness and You know,

We've been there are people that say oh,

It's the piece within but I want to Expand on that a little bit because actually it's bigger than that.

So try this close your eyes and put your awareness on some part of your body like Your elbow your right elbow put your awareness on your right elbow.

Okay?

Now move your awareness over to your left knee And now move it to the center of your forehead and now bring your awareness to noticing something that's outside of your body a sound in the room Become aware of a sound in the room right now And see also if you can become aware of a source of light Where it might be coming from with your eyes closed So what you've just done is you've brought your awareness outside of yourself which teaches us that our awareness is not limited to our physical bodies we can move it around at will and knowing that We can experience the idea that awareness is beyond physical matter beyond physical space beyond time limitation and lack because you can bring your awareness to something that happened yesterday by thinking about it by Recreating it in your mind.

You can imagine being on another planet All of these things are happening within your awareness so knowing that that means that your awareness can transcend lack and Striving and limitation and wanting okay,

And knowing that helps you realize you are very very big and powerful so Try this exercise Write in your workbook and bring yourself back to this idea a few times today and see what happens.
