Inspired by ‘Befriend Your Shadow’ journal, this course is designed to help you connect with your shadow and alchemise it. So often we are at war with ourselves, picking ourselves apart – what if we finally allowed ourselves to come home? To lovingly accept all parts. Even the things we’ve been conditioned to dislike and turn away from. In the course, we’ll welcome in neutrality and self acceptance, as we explore: - Bringing compassion to our shadow - Creating stillness & curiosity through journalling - A meditation to alchemise your shadow - Meeting Your Inner Child Allowing you to befriend your shadow, in this moment, and move forward with confidence, having learnt tips and tricks to meet yourself.
