Welcome to this meditation designed to help you refresh and revitalize.
Maybe you're feeling tired and weary as you go about your day.
And I just invite you to take a few minutes for yourself to collect your thoughts and your energy and come home to yourself.
So just closing your eyes when you're ready and allowing yourself to feel however you feel.
Knowing that there's no use fighting our feelings and that the more we honor where we are,
The more we can move through it and find grace for ourselves.
So just connecting with your breath as you breathe in deeply and let out a loud exhale,
Letting anything not serving you leave your body.
I want this time to just be time for you.
There is nothing you have to do or be.
There is just this current moment and listening to my voice.
You don't have to rush.
There is no to do list.
Honoring your body.
And as you honor this,
That all you have is this moment.
There's nowhere for you to be.
You allow yourself to remove any pressure you've been putting on yourself,
Any pressure of what you have to be doing,
How you should be showing up.
And you allow yourself to drop more deeply into your bones and call back all of your energy.
It is safe to be here.
This safe to receive this.
You were doing amazing.
Your rest and self care.
The more you thrive,
The more you can show up as your most powerful self.
So let go of any expectations,
Of any pressure.
Just let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Allowing your body to self soothe.
As you connect to your breath.
Tune into the present moment.
Allowing your eyes to rest heavy.
There is so much power in claiming time for yourself.
And how these small moments can make such a difference.
And as you breathe,
I just want you to notice how you're feeling now in your body.
After letting everything go.
How much smoother and calmer your energy feels.
Like you've just come back into yourself.
And I want you to know that you can return to this anytime you need.
