Thank you for joining me.

This is your grace offering.

This is a message from me to you and I hope you receive it with love.

Maybe you're listening to this and it's been a hard or trying time.

Maybe you're just feeling a little lost and unsure and I just want you to know that I see you in it.

I see you trying and I witness your strength.

I celebrate it.

You're not meant to be resilient and strong all the time.

It's okay to have moments and that is why I'm offering you this grace.

I'm reminding you of your own strength,

Your wisdom.

It all exists inside of you.

You have done incredible things and will do incredible things.

You are strong.

You are brave and just connecting with yourself that you don't have to be perfect in this moment.

You can be your whole real authentic self and it is welcome.

There's no expectation.

There's no need to be someone you're not.

There's no need to be fake.

There's no need for pretenses.

This space is nourishing and can hold you through it.

Remind you that you're amazing.

The current moment or the past that you hold on to does not define you.

There is so much goodness that is still to unfold and I want you to believe that and know it to be true.

And even if you don't believe it right in this minute,

I want you to borrow my belief.

I believe that you can create the possibilities away.

That you're stronger than you know and wiser in your bones and more brilliant than you can even imagine.

And for that I celebrate you.

So as you go about your day,

Reminded of your grace and all that comes with it,

I want you to focus on what you are doing right.

And how you are showing up for yourself.

And to show gratitude for what you are doing.

And as you move about your day,

Choose love over fear and come back to the present moment.

And when you're ready,

Allowing your eyes to flutter open and slowly wiggling your fingers and toes.

And as you go about your day,

Be kind to yourself,

Showing yourself compassion and the same grace that I have shown you.

You deserve it.

That was absolutely beautiful 🩵 A thousand thanks for giving me permission to breathe and grieve. I’ve been missing my Mom. I’m taking this time to honor her and myself. I’m putting this on my Grief = Love playlist. And “borrow my belief”…wow. I’m going to start using that!
