This will be possible because in the past you have had experiences of a dull moment passing slowly, and experiences of joyful moments passing quickly. By practicing this meditation for sleep several times, it will work more intensely when sleeping and will become a reality in your life. Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this sleep meditation transforming your perception of time.

In this meditation,

We'll practice how to alter your perception of time.

This will be possible because in the past,

You've had experiences of a dull moment passing very slowly and experiences of joyful moments passing very quickly.

I'm going to ask you to go to a place where no one will interrupt you and where you can rest deeply.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it out.

That's it.

Now take another deep breath in.

And release.

That's it.

Now I'm going to ask you to relax your body.

And relax your mind.

And that's it.

And gently,

You're going to bring your attention to your breath.

And allow your breath to become more comfortable.

And in this state,

We're going to remember a time in your life when you were little and you had to wait for something and time passed very slowly.

And remember another time when you were waiting in line to enter a movie theater or an event and the seconds dragged on.

You can also remember a time when you watched a funny movie or perhaps went to a concert that you loved so much.

You felt the time flew by and when you realized it,

More than two hours had passed.

And there are times when you may feel desperate because you want things to happen to you.

And you don't understand why everything is going so slow.

Or you feel that you can't earn more money faster.

Or during those times,

We feel as if time passes by very slow.

There are also moments in your life when you woke up in the morning and before you knew it,

It was already night.

Your day was gone and you didn't even know how that happened.

You felt like time was passing you very quickly.

And that is why now we're going to practice feeling how time passes slowly.

And I'm going to ask you to feel as if each second that passes takes twice as long.

Experience the next 60 seconds and feel how it takes 120 seconds to pass.

So so so that's it now you're going to feel like the next 30 seconds are going to go by at full speed.

Perfect.

Now you're going to experience the next 30 seconds happening very,

Very slowly.

Feel the sensation of time passing and lengthening more and more slowly.

So so so now feel the sensation of time passing less and less slowly.

So the sensation of time passing faster and faster.

So feeling the sensation of time passing a little faster and faster.

And now feel the sensation of time passing less and less quickly.

So feel the sensation of time passing by more and more slowly.

So and experience the sensation of time passing so slowly as if a second lasted a whole hour.

So so so feel the time passing slowly.

So every second and gets longer and longer.

So every fraction of a second and gets longer and longer.

So and you feel how time slows down.

So very slow as slow as possible.

So so so so so and now time is less and less slow.

So time passes less slowly.

So time passes faster and faster.

So every minute lasts a second.

So every hour lasts a minute.

So every day lasts an hour.

So feel how time passes faster and faster.

And you can feel with your eyes closed your body on the bed or the floor or whatever is touching your body.

So feel the temperature of the place where you're at and you continue to breathe with your eyes closed and you feel like you want to smile and you smile.

So now you imagine time stretching out.

So this gives you time in one hour or to do what you would normally do in three hours.

So and imagine time stretching out so much.

So much so that now you have time to do in one day what you would normally do in two days.

So so so that's it.

Now we're going to shorten the time.

And you imagine that time is shortening and you only have time to do in one hour what it would normally take to do in five minutes.

So imagine time becomes so short.

So much so so that you have time to do in one day day what you normally do in one hour.

So feel how time goes by so fast that in one week you have barely done what you can do in one hour.

So so and you feel the time is passing you by so quickly so that you have barely managed to do in one year what could normally be accomplished in one day.

So so now you can feel that a year goes by at full speed as if barely an hour had passed and you think wow time flew by and I didn't even have time for anything.

So that's it.

Now you think that time passes so slowly and gives you time to achieve in just two days what you had planned for a whole year.

So so so continuing to breathe comfortably.

You feel how your body now feels more relaxed.

It's a beautiful sensation of peace and tranquility that increases as you continue practicing,

Altering your perception of time.

So as you can see time is relative.

So on the same day you can achieve in five minutes what it would usually take several hours.

So in the same day you can do what would normally take you 20 minutes.

And therefore experience in these moments how time passes slowly.

So feel that passing of time more and more slowly.

So so so time can pass even more slowly.

So so so feel time pass less slowly.

So feel how time passes less and less slowly.

So so once again experience time passing faster and faster.

Once again experience time passing faster and faster.

So quickly time passes at full speed.

So time passes so fast that there is no opportunity to think,

Remember or do anything.

So now time passes slowly.

So so time passes so slowly that you have the opportunity to think lots and lots of things.

So so remember many happy moments and do a lot of things.

So so so feel how time passes slowly.

So you do feel and think many things.

So so so so so feel how you take advantage of time every second.

So you have the opportunity to do in one hour what you would normally do in two days.

So so so and now we are going to take advantage of this sensation of time passing by.

So to sleep and rest deeply.

You'll feel like no matter how long you sleep,

It will feel as if you have slept eight hours or more.

So time passes slowly and therefore you can rest deeply and without worrying if you're going to get enough sleep or not.

Because you're going to feel as if you slept enough.

It is a deep sleep,

A deep rest,

One that you can comfortably enjoy.

And by continuing to practice altering your perception of time,

You'll be able to feel how the unpleasant moments of your life pass quickly.

While the pleasant moments lengthen and you can enjoy them longer with greater pleasure and happiness.

So for now,

Rest and enjoy these moments of doing nothing and letting time pass you by in a special way.

And when you decide to return to the present,

You'll be able to open your eyes feeling so much better,

More energized,

And with a greater desire to live.

For now,

Sleep and rest.

Thank you for listening.

Until next time,

Sleep.

So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so
