Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this mindfulness meditation to overcome limiting beliefs.
I'm going to ask you to go into a comfortable place where no one is going to interrupt for the next several minutes.
Get into a comfortable position.
Either sit or lay down and close your eyes.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
And just breathe normally.
Feeling your breath and feeling how your body becomes more comfortable with each breath.
And as you feel your body getting more comfortable and feeling your breath becoming more comfortable,
You can also realize that you're still alive and that it doesn't matter how you are at this moment or the things that have happened in your life up until this moment.
What's most important is that you're still breathing and that things can get better.
Right now you're meditating still with your body resting and perhaps later you're going to be doing some other activities.
However,
Your mind is active 24 hours a day,
Seven days a week.
And that is why whatever happens from this meditation,
Know that you will be enjoying a boost of energy from practicing this meditation.
In any case,
A pleasant sensation can be felt when being in this state of meditation.
Since there are different states in life,
We have a state to sleep.
There's another state of mind to work.
There's another state of mind to sing.
We have another state of mind to learn.
And in the same way,
The thoughts that are being generated in your mind at this moment are a part of this state of mind that can be transformed into something better.
It is true that there are situations in our existence that we feel perhaps have no purpose.
But very soon you'll realize that everything is connected and that everything happens for a reason.
There are times when we feel like instead of moving forward,
We are walking backwards.
Perhaps we feel that our efforts are getting us nowhere.
And this may be what we feel.
However,
The truth is that your mind is always working on making changes to bring you closer to achieving your purpose and your goals.
And we all have experiences that have left an impression in us.
And when we're meditating,
Emotions come up,
Some of which could remind us of our past.
These emotions can give you the push that you need to create a happier and more successful future.
A future where you work on what you love and are passionate about with the people that you love.
The mind is a very powerful tool that we all have and you can use it to make your wishes come true.
Maybe by desiring something,
Visualizing what you want happening,
And observing when you visualize what you want happening,
What obstacles come up on the way.
And finally,
Making a plan on how you plan to overcome these limitations.
And achieve your goal.
By visualizing what you want,
You will be able to create the necessary connections in your mind.
And it is really not necessary to consider whether you have been able to achieve it so far or not,
Since what matters most is this moment.
And as long as you're still breathing,
Everything is possible.
And very soon,
You'll be enjoying the results of your work in the near future.
Do you remember the emotions you felt when you made one of your wishes come true?
What impression was left on your body when you overcame those limiting beliefs and those obstacles that prevented you from achieving your goal?
Do you remember that feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction after achieving your goal?
Do you remember what thoughts,
Feelings and emotions motivated you to act?
And I know there are many things you can be doing right now.
You can be sleeping,
Or you can be awake.
You can be moving around,
Or laying down.
You can be listening to me,
Or thinking that nothing is going to happen.
But you can also be enjoying a very deep concentration,
And allowing your body to rest comfortably.
Do That's it.
It is about feeling how these emotions flow pleasantly,
Effortlessly,
And freely.
Letting all of the thoughts and allowing your mind to release the things it no longer needs.
Releasing those limiting beliefs from your past.
Releasing your body and your mind.
Freeing your mind to be creative and to break the molds from the past that you no longer need to create anymore.
Allowing yourself the opportunity to break free from your past,
From your limiting beliefs,
From your harmonious growth.
That's it.
And this spiritual growth can happen gradually,
Or it can take place in a gigantic leap.
This depends on your focus and your attitude.
Positive attitude and good concentration will help you readjust your mind and break those self-limiting beliefs.
It is true that you have goals that you want to come true.
That perhaps so far certain limitations have not allowed you to achieve them.
However,
Tomorrow hasn't happened yet,
And that is why,
As long as you continue to breathe,
Everything is possible.
Your future is yet to come,
And as the future has not passed,
It is still full of possibilities.
You That's it.
The future is full of possibilities,
And your mind knows it.
By listening to my voice,
Your mind is already analyzing this information and is producing a plan to overcome those limitations and break free from the molds of the past to create new experiences in the present and in the future full of possibilities.
And you know that a pleasant surprise awaits you in the future.
Maybe you don't have something specific in mind,
But you know deep inside that it is something good,
Something beneficial for you and your environment,
Because if you are doing well,
You'll be able to share those improvements with the people around you.
So take your time to let go of your past and let your thoughts flow freely from the things that you would like to happen in the near future.
And I know there are many things you want to achieve,
But let's choose one.
Let's choose one of those things that you know it is very likely that it will improve your life and make you happier.
That's it.
I'm going to ask you to create a mental image of what you know is going to change your life in a positive way.
And again,
Imagine that what you want is already happening.
And once again,
Observe as you're imagining what you want happening,
What obstacles come up,
What things could come on your way,
What limiting beliefs can come up.
That's it.
And finally,
Make a plan of how you plan to overcome this limiting beliefs and this obstacles that could come up on your way to achieve your goal.
That's it.
Now you don't have to do anything.
And enjoy this moment of knowing that something good is happening since your mind is making the necessary changes to make you wish a reality.
Do nothing and allow your mind to do its work.
That's it.
The worries are disappearing and your body feels much,
Much better,
More and more relaxed.
Letting go of your arms and your legs,
Feeling how your arms and your legs become heavier and heavier.
And you can give yourself the opportunity to enjoy a deeper concentration as ideas from your past that you no longer need are disappearing.
Again,
Don't do anything and allow your mind to do its job.
That's it.
Now,
Can you remember a time in your life when you were feeling super happy?
Perhaps a moment where you felt very energized,
Eager to live and you felt like you could do anything.
What emotions and sensations were there in your body?
Can you bring those emotions and sensations from your past to the present?
That's it.
And the sounds around you can be heard.
And little by little,
You're going to return to the present,
Feeling happier and more energized.
Feeling your body more relaxed and ready to work on the things that you have to do for the rest of the day.
And at any moment,
You can open your eyes,
Feeling better than ever.
