My name is Robert Aceves.
And I welcome you to this Manifest Anything While You Sleep guided meditation.
In this meditation,
We'll be focusing on setting goals and manifesting them while you sleep.
We're going to begin by embarking on a journey within.
Getting in touch with our body.
I'm going to ask you to get into a comfortable position and lie down.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Feel the weight of your body pressing down against the surface you're on.
And observe your body settling in.
And now,
Starting off with your feet,
I'm going to ask you to tense the muscles in your feet and focus all your attention only there.
Tightly squeeze the muscles in your feet and hold that for four seconds.
Now let go completely.
Do not tense any longer and relax the muscles in your feet.
And gently go up to your calves and tense both of your calves,
Tensing all the muscles there.
And now let it go and relax the muscles of your calves.
Now let's go up to your thighs and tense your quads firmly,
Feeling all this tension in your thighs.
Good.
You can let it go now and relax your thighs,
Bringing all your awareness and focusing all your attention on your pelvis and hips,
Tensing this area as much as you can.
And let it go,
Relaxing your pelvis and hips as much as you can,
Bringing all your focus to your belly,
Activating your abdominal muscles,
Making your entire belly firm and feel all that tension there.
And let it go,
Relaxing the muscles of your belly completely.
Great.
Now let's focus on your hands and tense your hands,
Making a fist with your hands and grip as hard as you can,
Holding the tension in your hands,
Tension in your hands,
And let it go,
Relaxing the muscles of your hands.
So,
Coming out to your chest area now,
Tensing all the muscles around your chest and your back,
Flexing your shoulders and all other muscles around this area,
Holding that tension,
And relax the muscles around this area and your chest and your back,
Moving up to your face,
Tensing all the muscles on your face,
Make a face and tense all the muscles in this area,
Holding this tension,
And let it go,
Relaxing all the muscles on your face,
And let it go,
That's it.
By feeling your body and connecting to it with your mind,
You create a unity between your body and mind,
Which generates the relaxation and a state of creativity.
It is in this state that we can pull our goals towards us with a universal energy that flows through everything in order to manifest anything we want,
While we access our subconsciousness to reprogram our mind and body.
Now,
You are in a deep alpha brainwave state,
Completely relaxed,
Your mind is open,
And I would love for you to now set two goals for yourself,
A short term goal that you will like to manifest in the next 2-3 months time,
And a long term goal that you will like to manifest in the next 2-3 years.
First,
Let's set the goal that you want to manifest in the next 2-3 months.
Continue breathing and vividly see yourself achieving this goal in a couple of months.
Take note of how it feels to achieve this goal.
Picture your surroundings,
With as much detail as possible.
Seeing the colors,
Think very bright,
And all the action happening around you.
Now,
Let's think of some other things that could potentially get in the way of you manifesting this goal.
These could be a lack of motivation,
Perhaps lack of resources,
Or any other barrier that could potentially stop you from getting what you want.
That's it.
Now,
Let's think how you are going to overcome that barrier,
Or lack of motivation,
Lack of resources,
Or anything that could potentially stop you from getting what you want.
Great.
Once again,
I'm going to ask you to vividly visualize yourself achieving this goal in a couple of months and overcoming any potential barriers.
Now,
Take note of how it feels to achieve your goal and overcoming any barriers that could accomplish your goal.
Picture your surroundings,
With as much detail as possible.
Now,
Seeing the colors,
Being very bright,
And all the action happening around you.
Now,
How does it feel in your body when you accomplish this goal?
And allow this emotion of accomplishment fill you.
Good.
Now,
Let's set a long-term goal that you will manifest in the next two or three years of time.
Now,
Once again,
See yourself manifesting this goal.
So,
So so so.
Look around and see all the little details around you.
People,
Objects,
Nature,
Or whatever you see.
So,
Picture it as vividly as you can.
Now,
Now,
Think of some of the things that could potentially get in the way of you manifesting your goal in two to three years of time.
And again,
These could be a lack of motivation,
Lack of resources,
Or any other barrier that could potentially stop you from getting what you want.
So,
So that's it.
Now,
Think,
How are you going to overcome that barrier or lack of motivation?
Lack of resources?
Or anything that could potentially stop you from getting what you want in two to three years of time?
Perfect.
Now,
Once again,
See yourself manifesting this goal and this time.
See yourself overcoming any barriers and any lack of motivation,
Lack of resources,
Or anything that could potentially stop you from getting what you want in two to three years.
So,
So so see your friends and many people congratulating you on your accomplishments.
So,
So notice how it feels to achieve what you desire.
So,
So let this feeling grow and fill you completely.
So,
Feel it intellectually,
Emotionally,
And physically.
So,
So so continue breathing and you will continue to enjoy this wonderful feeling of manifesting your dreams while you sleep.
So,
Rest comfortably,
Knowing that your subconscious is working to create the necessary skills,
Abilities,
And whatever else needs to be created in order to manifest your dreams,
Both short-term and long-term.
So,
So for now,
Know that you have already started on the right path by creating the plan and visualizing yourself accomplishing your goals.
And by having this clear path,
The execution will be easier because you'll know exactly what to do in order to overcome whatever barriers come your way and thus materializing your dreams.
So,
Continue breathing,
And you may continue to enjoy this meditation for as long as you like.
And when you're ready to come back to the present,
You'll simply open your eyes,
Feeling so much better,
More energized,
And fully motivated to work on making these dreams a reality.
