Visualization for Connecting to Our Deeper Self

Recorded live in NYC, this meditation contains detailed instructions for connecting to what is sometimes called Buddha Nature, the inner teacher, Self, higher self... or Aristotle's term: Entelechy, Greek for "realized potential."

This practice is an adaptation of a traditional tantric practice called Guru Yoga but has been made much more secular. In this I also borrow heavily from the work of Dr. Jean Houston, to whom I am very grateful.
