Recorded live while sitting next to the roaring tides of Zicatela Beach in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. This meditation guides you into relaxing the body with smart breathwork and then into a mindfulness-based "heart breathing" practice with longer pauses between instructions so you feel the support of the earth's energy in your meditation. This is a short, 10 minute practice

Take a good,

Upright,

Dignified posture.

Take a deep breath.

Give yourself permission to drop into your body.

Feel the pulsing sensations of the torso,

Of the limbs.

And maybe even feeling some gratitude and appreciation for this opportunity to practice today.

We begin by imagining the sun is shining on our face.

Feeling the warmth and the light on our brow and on our cheeks and on our jaw and on our lips and on our ears.

Let yourself absolutely bask in the sun,

The nourishment of the sun.

And allowing that good sunlight to sink down past the skin into the head.

Down down the neck and throat.

Down into the shoulder.

Shining its way down the arms into the hands and fingers.

Down into the chest and the lungs and the back of the heart.

Down into the solar plexus and the belly and the low back.

Down into the pelvis,

Melting away any unnecessary holding and tension in the hips and the glutes.

All the way down the legs.

Into the feet.

The toes.

And down into the earth.

So that there's a sense of connection from the sky above,

Through the vehicle of the body,

To the earth below.

I invite you to begin breathing into the center of your chest,

The space of the heart.

Pretending that your nose is there.

In the heart space.

Feeling how when you breathe in the chest rises just like a wave in the ocean.

When you breathe out,

It's just like that wave has reached the shore and then recedes back out into the totality from which it came.

I invite you to begin breathing in the heart space.

You can help your mind to slow down by just letting your exhales very gently leave the body without pushing them out letting them dissolve into a gentle space where you don't rush the inhale you just stay in the space enjoy the space rest there let the inhale just come all by itself then you feel the inhale let the next exhale just go out and dissolve into the space again you stay present for the space in between breaths prioritize that space watch what happens there and you please give yourself permission to be exactly as you are right now whatever that is joyful messy frustrated anxious tired just open up the mind and allow yourself to be whatever and whoever you are right now in your ever-changing form and for this last minute can you allow the two corners of your mouth to simply spread apart from one another this hold this advanced yogic posture see what it does to your mind beginning to transition very gently from your mind I'll leave you with a question how will you carry this into your day today how will you carry this to your relationships and interactions both casual intimate how will you bring the heart into your life thank you for joining

I liked this one too. Earlier today in my live I quoted a passage from another meditation of yours. They loved it :) I certainly gave your credits. It seems to me that you like to flow with your heart when you record these tracks. I'd be happy if you'd consider a collaboration someday: words + music 🌟

This was a good basic breathing meditation. The ocean was a little loud calmer and the ending was a little abrupt. Thank you for your offering this medstation to so many through this app.

Really enjoyed this. Near the final minute, I found myself transported by the sounds of the waves and started moving my arms in slow, large circles upward and around as if to draw more breathe and more ocean into me. Both energizing and calmingβ€”thank you!

You can so tell the true sound of the ocean. The voice is a little pressed, but I think because of the noise of the ocean, that it just has to be miked that way. Lovely short meditation. I like the spaces.
