Neon Heart Jungle.

Finding a comfortable position for you today.
Allowing yourself this time,
This rest,
To journey within,
This sacred,
Magical space within you.
You're welcome to close your eyes now,
Allowing your whole body and being to soften,
Relax.
Ripples of relaxation effortlessly moving through you,
Noticing how you feel today,
And just letting everything be as it is.
Expand,
Into who and what you really are,
Boundless.
Your inner world begins to ripple and swirl gently,
Allowing a gentle breath in and out of your nose throughout this experience.
Sensing softness through your being,
Sensing your energy body relaxing,
Unwinding.
Your heart space beginning to melt and swirl,
Swirling into the infinite,
And you welcome in this sense of familiar expansion.
You sense energy,
Sensation,
Light,
Vibration,
Pouring in and out of the heart space,
In all directions,
Expanding,
Shining,
Shimmering through all dimensions,
And you the focal point,
You are.
And within this inner world,
You,
You the infinite awareness,
You conjure up this world,
This dimension.
You sense a neon heart essence,
Beautiful pink or purple or other,
A neon quality at your heart space,
Neon glowing essence at the heart space now.
And what begins to unfold is this tapestry,
This world,
This truth of imagery,
Sensation of a neon heart jungle springs up within you,
Around you.
Infinite flow,
Running throughout,
And a deep,
Resounding peace.
In this magical space,
All of the animals and beings are messengers.
The earth silently whispers through you,
And here your heart harmonizes with the mystical skies that beat down here,
Embracing you.
Deep dark greys layer through these skies,
Vibrating into purple,
Into black,
Into blue.
You feel like you can taste the depth,
The expanse of these skies.
It hums through you.
And you are,
You always are.
Sensing,
Deeper now,
This neon essence rippling through you,
Shining through your heart,
Melting you into the jungle,
Warmth,
Dance,
Movement,
Play,
And stillness.
You feel yourself melting into the skies.
You melt into everything.
And yet,
Your heart glows with a unique truth of you.
And you sense the sacred quality of that.
Glowing neon light through the darkness,
And you're just being,
Pure being.
You melt and yet remain.
What is left when all of your stories dissolve back into the jungle?
When your name melts back into the earth?
When your fears drift like clouds,
And thoughts move like a passing storm,
Raindrops,
You watch,
You the one watching in the jungle,
And you the jungle itself,
Sense your vastness now,
Infinity shining through you,
Who is there beneath it all,
The you before you told any story,
The you dwelling deep in the silence.
The birds and the insects here echo with this sense of remembering.
It is beyond words,
Before the beat of the drum,
Before the song of the birds,
Before the breath in and out.
You sense it deeply within,
As your heart glows.
Without you doing anything,
You just rest.
Pause,
Rest,
Drop,
And it happens,
It's always happening.
You see,
Sense,
Feel it,
More and more.
It was just waiting for you to notice.
Notice any animal imagery you sense or see within,
Or any symbolism that greets you now.
Meet yourself within,
Brimming to the edges with life.
Your own vast experience,
For you cannot find an end to you.
There is no end to this jungle,
And so you surrender to just letting your heart glow and glow,
And you just enjoy being for the sake of being,
Immersing yourself in each sensation,
Experiencing just because,
Pleasure for the sake of pleasure.
Let this heart glow overtake you now,
Sensing it glowing through you and throughout all,
And you still remain.
This heart glow lights up the jungle skies now,
Shimmering over each palm.
Be in this experience,
Bringing all of your awareness back into your body and being now,
And just allowing a ripple of settling sensation to move through you.
Noticing your breath,
And maybe rubbing your palms together,
And placing one or both over your heart,
Here you are,
And you are forever home.
