Take a few moments now to settle into this abundance meditation.
Just allow your mind to slow down.
As your mind slows down,
Notice how your body also slows down.
Turn your attention towards your breath and consciously slow your breath down.
Observing how when you take slower,
Deeper,
More mindful breaths,
This facilitates also the slowing down of the fluctuations of your mind,
And the slowing down and softening of your body.
Feel that with every exhale,
It's inviting you into a deeper state of relaxation,
A deeper state of surrender.
And as you notice any thoughts arising,
Any busy thoughts,
Just giving yourself permission,
Giving those thoughts permission just to pass on by.
Not attaching any significance to the thoughts that appear in the screen of your mind.
Now turning your awareness away from your breath.
And I invite you to get in touch with your feelings of abundance.
So abundance can feel differently for everybody.
Notice what the feeling of abundance feels like for you in your body.
It may help to imagine that you had all the money you desired.
And if that were to be true,
Notice how the feeling of abundance appears in your body.
What would it feel like?
So these feelings will be unique to you and it's okay if you can't describe them,
If you can't put words to them,
It's not necessary.
But just getting clear on the visceral experience,
The felt experience of abundance within your body.
So the more that you tune into this experience,
The easier it will be to feel abundant.
And again,
If thoughts appear in the screen of your mind,
Just allow them to pass on by and keep turning your attention and your awareness towards the experience and the feeling of abundance in your body.
Picture now that you are standing in a field of beautiful flowers,
Beautiful,
Fragrant,
Natural flowers.
And imagine this field stretching all the way out to the horizon in all directions,
As far as the eyes can see.
Imagine yourself standing in amongst these beautiful flowers.
And as you stand in this field of flowers,
Allow yourself to breathe in beautiful,
Sweet fragrance.
Allow yourself to soak in the beauty,
The abundance of nature.
Now,
As you stand in this field of flowers,
I invite you for the next few moments to visualize yourself doing whatever your heart desires in this field of flowers.
Maybe you continue to just stand.
Perhaps you walk slowly through the field,
Brushing your fingertips over the top of the flowers.
Maybe you sit down and smell some of the flowers,
Look at the intricacies of their petals.
Maybe you lie down,
Roll around,
Do cartwheels,
Or simply just stare up at the sky.
Just allowing yourself for these next couple of minutes to really enjoy,
To feel joy,
To be in joy amongst this field of beautiful flowers.

Now,
As we draw to a close with this abundance meditation,
Wherever you are in that field of flowers,
Just allow yourself to come back to stillness,
Perhaps it's standing,
Perhaps it's seated,
As you visualize yourself in that field of flowers.
And turn your awareness once again to the feelings of abundance within your body,
The feelings of joy,
Of happiness.
Noticing that it is possible to come to these feelings,
These experiences at any moment,
At any given point.
It is all available to you right here and right now.
