What's going on everybody?
This is Quasi Mantra.
So allow yourself to roll the shoulders back.
Take a moment to take any weight off your shoulders.
You close the eyes,
You take your deep breath.
Allow yourself to get settled into the room of your mind.
And just allow that awareness to disperse itself all the way through the body freely.
Imagine your breath almost like cool water moving down the body.
That starts to gel and just take a cozy amount of space through all the joints in the body,
All the bones.
Gets to move through the tendons of the body.
Just let it wrap around the elbows and the wrists.
You might even have one hand and the other resting on each other or they may be separated on the lap.
Resting in the chest.
There can be this easiness,
This settling down that occurs from a deep exhale.
With the inevitability of time,
That's gonna create some kind of upliftment that we can find on the in-house.
Today unique,
Today fresh,
Today is a homemade day.
This is the first we are experiencing this particular day at this particular time in the world.
There can be with that the awareness of this moment,
All of the other moments that came before.
And as you breathe here,
Imagine that all of these past versions of yourself,
The version of you at the start of this year,
The year before,
The year prior to that,
We're all getting to just settle deeper and deeper into your awareness,
Your consciousness of self.
You can imagine that your breath was carrying your awareness all the way to the back when you were a child.
You can let it travel back to a place when there was just a lot of easiness.
Maybe less awareness of yourself,
Less hyper-awareness,
Less self-consciousness,
Just easy.
Allowing yourself to tap into this base state,
This state,
An early version of you,
Stress-free,
Carefree.
Just imagine that it was able to grow,
And it was able to grow with the breath and this feeling of carefreeness,
Of a simpler time,
Playful time,
Just washing itself through the body.
As each breath moves through the body,
You can treat it like an elixir.
Drinking in the breath,
Thirsty for the breath,
Allowing each passing cycle to be satisfying.
This day being brand new,
We are moving forward into it,
And it is also simultaneously moving forward into us.
There is this both push and pull,
This give and take,
This internal and external conjoining of our force,
Our energy,
And the energies of the entire globe.
Fair to say even the entire universe somehow in connection,
In effect,
With everything else around it.
We channel our awareness to our breath here,
And we drink our breath fully,
As it is something happening on earth that we are very much in the know about.
We are very much in the know of our own breath,
Very aware of our breath,
Very aware of this part of the world,
This part of matter.
It being connected to our own physical being.
And with the simplicity of watching our breath,
We can also relax and let go of,
And be attuned to,
Larger forces happening in the world.
There is a moon somewhere in the sky affecting the tides of the ocean,
These oceans surrounding all the bodies of water that we currently live on.
We being predominantly made of water,
Also somehow affected by these large forces such as the moon,
And such as the moon,
And such as the moon,
And such as large forces such as the moon,
And such as the sun,
And such as all these other events that are much larger in physicality than our human body.
And yet still,
As big and large as these structures are,
Our breath is as important as anything else happening in our life.
Aware of all of the departments in our job,
All the different fields in our workplace,
All the different interactions we have from a working standpoint.
Maybe nothing is more important than the connection you have with your loved ones,
Your children,
Your significant other,
Your siblings,
Your nieces and your nephews.
And as much as we can feel connected to our own personal goals,
In this moment we can also tap into that connection,
That feeling we have with those that we love,
And that we choose to spend time with,
And we spend time with not on an hourly basis or a salary basis,
But from a place of just pure emotion,
Love and connection for these people.
And connecting to the excitement that can be around,
Reconnecting with our loved ones,
And then breathe and acknowledge those feelings,
Giving priority to those emotions that are not tied to a quantifiable amount.
And taking another big breath in,
Filling up with the love that we have for those in our life that we love,
And taking an exhale,
Settling into that comfort.
As great and as powerful as that love is,
Maybe nothing is more greater than the love we can have for self.
In this moment,
Allow your emotions to be spotlighted on the love you have for yourself.
If it even suits you to have a smile on your face,
Allow the body to receive all the different uplifting energies that you could express.
Let it be expressed in how you place your feet on the ground,
The love you have for self.
Let it be felt in the way the hands are placed.
It can be this nurturing,
Attentive quality,
Both maternal and paternal,
Masculine and feminine,
A balance that lives inside of us.
In how the shoulders set,
In how the jaw sets,
In how the mind wanders,
In how the mind finds focus,
Allow it to be spotlighted on the love you have for yourself.
For the parts of you that you've been working on,
Focusing on the love you have to work on those spaces.
For the places that you easily identify as your strengths,
Also showing love to those spaces.
And as the breath continues to move through the body,
Just allow this feeling of love you have for yourself to be amplified and mixed in with the love you have for your loved ones.
Allow it to erase any tension in the neck,
In the collarbones,
In the armpits,
In the ribs.
Allow that place in the belly to relax and inflate on its own freely.
If there's anything that feels like a knot,
Feels like a butterfly,
Feels like something that's still on the horizon,
Maybe even having a bit of excitement,
Even anxiety,
Just allow yourself to know that it is alright,
And also love that part of yourself too.
For the final moments,
Just allow your spine to lift up as if you were just gently pulling some space out of your lower back,
Pull the shoulder blades back,
Allow the chest to be proud,
Tip the chin up about half an inch,
Relax your throat,
Relax your jaw.
Give yourself a big inhale,
I love myself,
And a big exhale,
Let that love shine.
Thank you for taking the time,
I hope you have a beautiful rest of the day.
Keep spreading the love.
