Another day requires another breath! One of the most powerful things we can do, especially at this point, is to listen! Listen to your mind, body, and soul. Listen to what is going on around you. Listen to stillness, so that you may hear the whispers of the Divine.

Okay,

Let's do this.

If you're able to close the eyes,

Close the eyes.

If you're unable to close the eyes,

Just let your vision get a little blurry.

If you find yourself holding on,

You can let go,

Let go.

And if you can't let go,

Just allow yourself to soften.

If you're able to do something in your life that's good for you,

Do the thing that's good.

And if you first have to do the things that are required of you,

Then do so powerful.

Your breath is gonna move all day long.

All day long,

Your breath is gonna move for you.

You've given yourself a moment right now to honor that and feel for a breath in,

And feel for a breath out.

There's always gonna be noise,

External noise,

Internal noise,

Noise that we want to hear,

Noise that just kind of finds us.

See if you can feel the stillness that lives underneath the noise.

Make a conscious act to do no thing.

You give yourself a moment to do no thing so that we can really notice all the things that are already doing for us.

Take one more breath in,

And one more breath out.

Thank you.

We did it.
