Your breath is gonna move all day long.

You've given yourself a moment right now to honor that and feel for a breath in,
And feel for a breath out.
There's always gonna be noise,
External noise,
Internal noise,
Noise that we want to hear,
Noise that just kind of finds us.
See if you can feel the stillness that lives underneath the noise.
Make a conscious act to do no thing.
You give yourself a moment to do no thing so that we can really notice all the things that are already doing for us.
Take one more breath in,
