Everything in life is mirrored in nature. We have ups and downs like the weather and seasons. We go through the elements of Earth/Water/Fire/Air because we are also the elements. We use breath in these meditations as a connection to our life force. The forgotten element of Space is where we allow things to grow.Today, give things space. You can give them space without letting them go. You can practice detachment without throwing anything away.
Hmm it's a beautiful day to meditate everyone so let's do this awareness and gratitude we're here and thankful getting to the point of meditating half of the battle already won physically putting ourselves in an optimal position energetically and with intention allowing breath to move allowing the system of breath the movement of our lungs the oxygen we intake to be a physical representation of the ways that we're keeping in tune with our awareness we're refreshing and rehydrating our energy and we're choosing to notice that as life moves we move with life life does not move against us taking this time to see that as the world ebbs and flows we ride the wave of the ebb and the flow taking time to feel the turbulence of breath and understanding our own turbulent nature the ups and downs of just being here on earth coming to a resolve with our breath feeling for an inhale taking it on a ride and but allowing the exhales to still happen allowing there to be room for let go imagine each breath in your body was like a person just on a journey roaming see where it goes you so we open your eyes but don't break the meditation the two minutes is over but see if you can sustain the focus throughout the day peace and love my Running River collective y'all know the vibes keep it going going going going
