Hello, this is my first offering to this platform, and it is a practice that is simple, accessible, and only takes two minutes of your time. This mindfulness practice is focused on helping us channel the frequencies we want in our lives. Take two minutes to meditate. It goes a long way! Studies show that meditation is dope! How many can sit and breathe for only 2 minutes?

What's up everybody I want to offer you two minutes of meditation.

Let's go Take a moment to relax the forehead relax the eyes relax the jaw Relax the throat relax the collar bones relax the shoulders lift your chest Feel the texture of your breath Feel the tone of your thoughts Imagine the crown of your head was wide open and you were in a really receptive mode Today at the start of this intention I am attracting all complementary energy Energy that complements the frequency I'm on today Today at the moment that the awareness hits my consciousness I have decided that what I need most and what I am most interested in finding Is on its way towards me And for all the energy and all the frequencies that are out of my control and that are not complementary to the type of frequency I'm on today will be filtered will be rinsed will be seen with new perspective will be held by the people who can't cleanse it and then it'll hit my consciousness and then it'll be good say one more breath in one more breath out let's go get on with this day you dig we out running river collective you already know
