What's up everybody?
Two minutes of meditation.
Relax the forehead.
Relax the eyelids.
Relax the temples.
Relax the jaw.
Think of the space between the teeth.
The space behind the ears.
Unknock the throat.
Allow the collarbones to spread.
The beard spine,
A little royalness,
A little pride.
And hold yourself in a way that's fluid.
Like water.
Imagine that you are water.
Going through your day,
Taking on different vessels.
Taking the shape of those vessels.
Every identity that you identify with,
You are like water.
Feeling that identity.
Every occupation that you occupy,
You are like water.
Feeling that occupation.
When we feel struggle,
Like water.
Take the shape of that struggle.
When we feel pleasure,
Like water.
Take the shape of that pleasure.
All day long,
Life will offer us different shapes,
Different outfits,
Different ways to be.
And being full and embrace of that,
You are like water.
Take the shape of where you are.
Be in it.
Allow yourself to feel it in full.
The good and the bad.
And allow it to flow,
To rinse,
So that you can take on the next shape,
The next moment.
Take an inhale like you are stirring up the waves on the inside.
Take an exhale like you are rinsing the brain.
Clearing out any old impressions,
So that you can make way for a new.
Open the eyes.
Thank yourself for taking the time.
It's a big deal.
It's not a little deal.
It's a big team.
Running River Collective.
Two-minute meditation.
You did it.
