As we navigate through this new world we find ourselves in, it's natural to be feeling anxious and tense. Often, we begin to carry tension, without even being aware of it. By intentionally bringing awareness to areas of tension, we can intentionally release it - it is as if we are giving ourselves a mental massage. This practice can be done at any time of the day, in any position that you choose. Give yourself 15 minutes of self-care, a time to unwind.
