Start by placing yourself in a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes and smile.
Take a slow,
Deep first breath.
Then let the air out.
Take a second breath equally long and deep.
Let the air out.
Your body is now calmer and more relaxed.
Abundance begins with the gratitude and our ability to be grateful for what the universe provides us.
Every day we have the opportunity to appreciate the abundance and the infinite character of the universe,
Which is expressed in the smallest details up to its masterful grandeur.
For a brief moment immerse yourself in the abundance and infinite character of the universe.
Abundance is also linked to the act of giving as the universe is this permanent exchange of energy.
More than gaining,
Abundance is giving to others,
Especially to those who need it most and those who are close to us.
As a way of expressing our connection to the infinite and abundant universe,
We will use the mantra Aham Brahmasmi which means I am the universe.
Repeat Aham Brahmasmi within yourself at your own pace and if you deviate from the mantra gently return to it.
