Welcome.
Sometimes the most powerful reset is simply pausing.
In this short practice we'll be using the breath to slow down and fully arrive in the present moment.
So I invite you to sit comfortably or to stand with your feet firmly on the floor.
Allow your shoulders to drop and your belly to soften.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
Again inhale and let it go.
And now allow your breath to find a natural rhythm.
And as you inhale,
Silently say to yourself,
I am here.
As you exhale,
Silently say,
I let go.
So inhale,
I am here.
Exhale,
I let go.
And let each breath be a bridge,
Bringing you back from where your mind wandered.
I am here.
I let go.
I am here.
I let go.
And now feel the space around you.
Notice the contact points between your body and the ground.
Notice sounds,
Sensations,
And the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
You've arrived.
From here,
From this place,
You can meet whatever comes next with more clarity and ease.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to gently open your eyes and return to your day.
