Welcome to this short grounding meditation.
Today in just 3 minutes,
We'll use the breath to anchor ourselves in the present moment.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or distraction.
Begin by focusing on your breath as you inhale deeply through your nose,
Feel the air fill your lungs,
And then exhaling slowly through your mouth,
Feel yourself letting go of any tension.
With each inhale,
Imagine roots extending from your body,
Grounding you into the earth.
With each exhale,
Release any stress or any worry,
Feeling more stable and calm with every breath.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the present moment,
Feel the weight of your body,
The connection of your feet to the ground,
The sensations of your breath moving in and moving out.
With each breath,
You become more anchored,
More present,
And more connected to this moment.
When you're ready,
Take a nice deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
Gently open your eyes,
Feeling grounded,
Centered,
Ready to move forward with calmness.
