Hello everyone.
Wherever you are in this moment,
I trust you are healthy,
Safe,
And well.
How compassionate it is of you to carve out time and space for rest and reflection.
To consciously and intentionally honor this period of new moon magic.
New moons indicate the beginning of a new lunar cycle.
In essence,
This time is symbolic of a blank slate,
A fresh start,
A time of introspection,
And a potent time to set intentions for the upcoming weeks and months ahead.
This guided meditation is meant to help you gain clarity,
Bring forth visions,
And cultivate courage and calm.
This new moon in Scorpio invites us to draw light from the depths of darkness,
To mindfully release what no longer serves our spirit,
And to embrace the journey of self-transformation.
Please take the next few moments to get completely comfortable.
You may consider pausing this recording to light a candle or burn incense,
To retrieve a journal and pen to transfer any thoughts or messages that come up for you during this practice.
Sitting up or lying down,
Listening to your body.
Begin to relax into the space you are in.
Allow your body to melt into the ground beneath you,
Surrendering as if you were merging with all that surrounds you.
Tracing the front of the body and the back of the body,
Every part of you heavy with gravity.
Let's take a deep breath here,
Breathing in through the nose,
Holding the breath for a moment at the top,
And then letting it go out through the mouth.
Repeating this twice more,
Inviting in a grounding inhalation through the nose,
Pausing at the top,
And letting it go.
Once more,
Breathing in,
The whole body filling with life force,
Pausing at the top,
And letting that breath go.
Returning to the natural rise and fall,
Each breath bringing you into a deeper state of calm.
With each breath,
Imagining every cell of your being becoming more and more relaxed.
Bringing your attention to the crown of the head,
Welcoming a sensation of openness here.
Attention moving to the third eye center,
The space slightly above the center of the eyebrows,
The seat of your intuition,
Inviting in light into this space.
Smoothing out the forehead,
Relaxing the muscles of the eyes and the temples,
Sensing the cheekbones,
The mouth,
Releasing the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,
Softening the muscles of the jaw and the chin,
Sensing the right ear listening and the left ear listening,
Sensing the arms,
The hands,
The chest,
The belly,
The pelvis and the hips,
The right leg,
The left leg,
Both of your feet and the tips of your toes,
The whole body a conduit of energy and light.
Beginning to sense the darkness behind the eyelids,
Entering into this vast space of peace and quiet.
From this tranquil and clear space,
There is a sense of possibility,
Potential and opening,
A space where new intentions can take root and flourish.
As you tune into this inner space,
Consider what you wish to manifest in this new lunar cycle.
Which old thought patterns and habits are you ready to release?
What new energies will you invite to take their place?
What do you want to focus your energy towards?
What will it take to bring you closer to your goals,
To your truth?
Taking a few moments to rest into reflection here.

Images to arise without judgment.
Continuing to breathe here.
Continuing to feel the energy within and around you.
Breathing and sinking deeper into this darkness of the new moon.
I invite you to mentally repeat or simply receive the following new moon affirmations.
I flow with the changing energies that surround me,
Listening to the powerful lessons they bring forth.
The new moon reminds me that I may always begin again.
I let go of limiting beliefs and create space for new possibilities.
Allowing the energy of these affirmations to be absorbed into your body,
Mind and spirit.
Taking a moment of gratitude for this time of transformative and alchemical darkness.
Harnessing the energies and gifts of your soul and of the cosmos.
Surrendering and trusting what is not yet known.
Let us gently invite a deeper inhalation in through the nose.
And a slow,
Extended exhalation out through the mouth.
Rinsing and renewing with another inhalation in through the nose.
And an exhalation out through the mouth.
Dedicating time to one more deep,
Awakening breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
You may gently wiggle fingers and toes.
Taking your time as you return to movement,
To presence.
