Good morning.
Welcome.
My name is Ali and I am honored to be guiding you on a meditative journey of awakening and abundance.
Allow yourself time to find a comfortable space to rest and settle the body and the mind.
You may choose to be seated on the floor,
A couch,
Or a chair.
You may choose to plant yourself by a window.
Or eliminate all walls by venturing outside.
Tune into what your body needs this morning.
And take all the time you need to prepare.
Morning.
Morning is when the sun begins to rise above the horizon.
When shining light slowly returns to extinguish the darkness of night.
We begin again in the morning.
And the way in which we begin sets the tone for the rest of the day.
You may have a morning routine or ritual that works well for you.
You may be rethinking what it is that you need or would like to infuse into your morning.
Perhaps you seek ease,
Nourishment,
Movement.
Music or stillness.
Experiment intuitively with the ideas that surface.
So that you may bring more light and presence to the beginning of your day.
We will begin this morning with breath.
With gratitude.
And charge ourselves with the energy of abundance I invite you to close down the eyes.
And to gently begin to release and soften into this space and time that you have chosen to dedicate to yourself this morning.
With each passing moment becoming more relaxed with each passing moment.
Becoming more awake and aware of the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Bringing your awareness to the face softening the muscles of the face.
Smoothing out the forehead.
Allowing the tiny muscles of the eyes to relax.
The cheekbones relaxing.
Releasing the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.
Releasing the jaw.
Melting the shoulders away from the ears.
And surrendering the weight of the body to the support beneath you.
Anchoring to the earth on this new day.
Noticing the breath.
The gentle rise and fall of the breath in the body.
Life force entering in and cycling out of your being.
And now begin to welcome some deeper invigorating breaths in through the nose,
Pausing,
Holding the breath for a moment.
And then emptying the breath completely.
Letting go.
Repeating this twice more Inhaling the fresh energy of a new day.
Exhaling.
Letting go of what you no longer would like to carry Once more inhaling into this present moment.
And exhaling.
Letting go,
Letting go.
Letting go.
Return to the natural rhythm of your breath.
A gift.
Today is a gift.
An opportunity to begin anew.
To begin with conscious breath.
Gratitude and intention.
To honor our life.
There is no need to hurry now.
Savor and sink with the smooth path of the sun rising on the horizon.
Relish in the radiance that persists beyond gray skies.
Just like the weather,
Each day presents different conditions,
Patterns.
Let yourself flow through whatever it is that presents itself to you today.
I invite you now to take this time to feel into the abundance that is your life.
This overflowing energy that lights up each and every one of your cells.
This ever-changing landscape of light and dark.
Wakefulness and rest.
Acknowledging that each morning you wake up You are once again able to experience the bounty of life.
Our body and our mind greeting a new day with peace,
Patience,
Trust,
And abundance.
Remaining present in this moment and letting go of any thoughts that arise to float by like clouds passing through a vibrant sunrise sky.
Welcome the warmth and radiance of the sunrise sky to permeate the body.
The whole body.
Filling with light and abundance.
From the crown of your head.
Down the front and back sides of the body.
Reaching to the soles of your feet.
And this light overflowing into the space that surrounds you.
As you bask in this warm glow.
I invite you to quietly repeat these affirmations to yourself.
Or to simply receive them.
My life is filled with abundance.
I am grateful to wake with the light of each morning.
Today I rise with peace,
Love,
And patience in my heart.
I trust that today will serve my highest good.
Easing into this morning.
Breathing.
Being.
Presence.
Carrying with you calm and compassion for whatever unfolds on this day.
Trusting that you have what you need now.
Slowly and gently begin to welcome some deeper inhalations in through the nose.
And longer exhalations out through the mouth.
Welcome yourself back to the space you are within.
Gently opening the eyes.
And notice how the body and the mind feels.
You may stay here for as long as you like.
