Hello, beautiful soul. This meditation will help you cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. If your mind feels busy, racing, or weighed down by stuck energy, this meditation will help clear away unwanted, non-serving clutter and guide you to a more peaceful, restful state of being. A gentle reminder that the thoughts we sit with are not who we are. We are not our to-do lists, we are not our mistakes, we are not our bad habits. We are waves of light, sound vibrations. We are perfectly imperfect souls doing our best.

Hello,

I trust you are well and thank you for joining me My name is Ali and I am here to guide you through a meditation that cultivates calm and clarity If you feel like your mind is busy,

Racing,

That there is stuck energy there This meditation will help to clear this clutter and bring you to a more peaceful,

Rested state of being So take a moment now to find a comfortable position You can be seated or you might choose to lay down Tuning into the wisdom of your body and listening to what it means right now You might grab a blanket or a pillow for extra support and elevated ease Once you have settled,

You are welcome to shut down the windows of the eyes Adjusting the body to see if you can get even 1% more comfortable here You might soften the shoulders and the jaw as you reach the crown of the head up towards the sky Lengthening the body and breathing space into the area of the low back,

The hips,

The legs Simply feeling the body here against the earth,

The ground beneath you Allowing yourself to arrive here in the present moment as you let go of anything that came before now and anything that resides in the future You have chosen to be here,

So give yourself loving permission to do so To help ground you further,

We will take three deep breaths together Breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth,

Nice and slowly We'll take our first deep breath,

Breathing in and breathing out Breathing in to the body,

To the lungs and breathing out,

Letting it all go Once more,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Letting the body relax into the space that you're in Now bring your awareness into the center of the forehead,

The space of the third eye center Noticing the energy that resides in this space Resting your attention here,

Begin to visualize yourself in a beautiful wild forest The landscape is filled with lively greens and grounding brown hues There is a brilliant blue sky up above The air is warm on your skin Your feet are connected to the earth beneath you Imagine that you can actually feel all of this.

Moss and soil greet your toes There are trees above you swaying in the gentle breeze Sunlight filters through the canopy,

Illuminating rocks and flowers of the forest floor You are dressed in light loose linens and you feel at ease and deeply connected to the beings surrounding you There is a path before you and you decide to follow it As you walk this path,

You begin to see a clearing and your ears begin to receive the song of water There is a stream up ahead and you walk towards it,

Eventually reaching its edge This beautiful body of water flowing effortlessly through the forest The water is pure,

Crystal clear Gazing at the water,

You sense an invitation to step into its flow As you submerge your feet and your ankles,

You become one with this sacred element You gently begin to surrender any thoughts,

Feelings,

Beliefs or stories that are no longer serving your highest good and allow them to enter into the current of the stream All of this is carried away from your mind and your body to be transmuted,

Transformed into pure energy As these thoughts and feelings leave you,

A deep sense of relief and peace washes over you You feel lighter,

Brighter,

Pure,

Just like the healing waters you're immersed in You spend a moment here admiring and appreciating the gentle flow You create a cup with your hands,

You bow down and collect some water in the bowl of your hands You bring the water to your mouth and you drink Instilling and integrating this feeling of flow and letting go into your body Before you turn to go,

Thank the water,

The forest,

All of the beings that are present and your own heart for its support and strength Allowing this imagery to fade,

Slowly returning awareness to your physical body We will take three deep breaths to awaken Taking the time that you need here to transition back into your day or evening Thank you so much for joining me A gentle reminder that the thoughts we sit with are not who we are We are not our to-do lists,

We are not our mistakes,

We are not our bad habits We are waves of light and sound vibrations,

Perfectly imperfect souls doing our best May you be safe,

May you be healthy,

May you be peaceful,

May you be joyful May you be one with all that surrounds you and all that's within you May you be free Have a beautiful rest of your day
