Hello and welcome.
Let's take a moment to settle in.
Take your time.
Take good care.
Allow yourself to become comfortable and cozy as you prepare to turn inward into the space of your heart,
Your power,
Your breath.
You may choose to be seated or lying down,
Asking yourself gently,
What does my body need right now?
Listen.
For the next several minutes,
May you give yourself permission to simply be here.
To be present with your whole being,
Exactly as it is.
To surrender to your breath,
To this moment.
Once you've arrived in a supportive posture,
Whether sitting upright or lying down,
Begin to sense your sacred,
Living body.
Notice the contact your body makes with the ground beneath you and lean into the gravity that supports your grounding.
May you take a deep,
Nourishing breath in through the nose and let it drift slowly,
Softly out through the mouth.
A gentle rise and fall,
A gentle wave of release as you let the breath go.
At your own pace now,
Breathing deeply in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.
Gentle waves of breath centering you,
Grounding you in presence.
Notice the cool air as it travels in through the nostrils and the warm sense of release as the breath flows out through the mouth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing here and when you are ready,
Return to the natural rhythm of your breath.
A gentle awareness of how it rises and falls.
Rises and falls.
This incredible exchange that keeps you alive,
That keeps you calm and connected to all that is.
Take a moment here to send gratitude to your breath.
Thank you breath.
Take a moment to send gratitude to your entire whole wonderful body,
Mind,
Spirit.
Continue in this place of stillness for a few more moments.
Breathing,
Being.
Come back to a deeper inhalation.
Filling each cell with a rejuvenating breath in and exhale with ease,
Emptying the body completely.
This deeper breath,
Twice more in and out.
Remember you can always return to the breath.
This sacred portal to peace.
A practice worth practicing.
Thank you so much for joining me.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be peaceful and joyful.
May you be one with all that surrounds you and all that's within you.
May you be free.
Take care.
