Meditation to establish the purpose of the day, to start the day with strength, motivation, and energy. I start the day giving my best, giving thanks for being here and for the opportunity of this new day. Breathing, feeling how the body breathes, how the heartbeats. May we have peace, happiness and may life go well.

I am thankful for having slept,

For having rested my body and mind.

I am thankful for this comfortable bed and for being awake.

I am aware that the sun has risen once again,

A new finite day within this infinite cycle.

The day may be shorter or longer,

Cloudier or sunny,

But surely it won't be the same as yesterday.

Aware of the wind that blows,

Of the trees that will grow,

Today may be the day I connect with them,

Connect with nature.

Aware of just how generous life has been with me,

Each changing oxygen with each breath.

Aware that I breathe,

That I feel,

That I perceive smells,

And I perceive myself and the world.

Perhaps today I could watch the sunset or lift my head to see the moon.

Moon of the stars.

I accept help from those around me,

And I try to serve others as best I can.

Today I do the best I can and I try not to cling to objectives,

And if I indeed have clung to them,

I breathe and try to release them.

I take one step at a time,

Moment by moment,

But at the same time I am on this journey and enjoying it.

I understand that the world is full of abundance,

But at the same time I also understand that suffering exists within it.

I accept that there are good and bad days,

Every good day has something bad,

And every bad day has something good.

Perhaps then there are no good or bad days.

I am present in the good moments and just as present in the bad.

I accept that there are good and bad days,

Every good day has something bad.

Thoughts are expressed through emotions and sensations.

I accept and honor them,

And at the same time I know that everything shall pass.

I feel certain curiosity to learn something new,

Seeing things through a new perspective.

Each day I am different,

More aware of life,

More aware of death.

I take care of my body,

My vehicle,

I take care of my relationships,

My support system.

Experience love,

Share joy,

Generate compassion,

And feel,

Feel that everything is deeply interconnected.

My family,

My children,

My in-laws,

And even my little ones.

I accept myself just as I am.

Even though I may want to be something different than what I am.

It is normal to want for things to be different.

And when they are the way we wanted them to be,

Then we feel afraid that they will change.

Trying to accept the present moment just as it is.

I stop and I leave space for me in order to connect with myself.

It doesn't matter as much what happens in the outside.

There is infinity within me where happiness and freedom lie.

Starting the day by giving the best of me.

Thank you.

Thank you for being here and for the opportunity of a new day.

I am breathing.

Feeling how my body breathes.

How my heart beats and beats and beats.

And now I imagine your smile.

May we have peace.

May we have happiness.

And may our lives go well.
