Closing your eyes and settling into the moment take a breath in and breathe out and let go take another breath in and release release any negativity any heaviness any burden breathing and release take another breath in and release start feeling what it feels like to be whole and full filling in all the gaps and holes with the in breath breathing and release fill up with more and more of your true essence and true nature breathing and breathe out breathing your true nature and breathe out and release what is old stale and unnecessary breathing and breathe out breathing wholeness and breathe out what is holding you back breathing and breathe out breathing wholeness and breathe out the feeling of emptiness start filling the holes by loving and accepting all of you and by not putting yourself down breathing and breathe out let go of all of the old beliefs and thinking patterns that have held you captive and not allowed your true essence to shine through breathing and breathe out let go of all the old patterns you have inherited over generations breathing and release letting go of this will allow you to continue your journey of healing your inner world breathing and release let go of the belief that you need to compete with others to be worthy that you need to do better than someone else to be enough this is not true you are already enough and now is the time to awaken your consciousness even further breathing and breathe out little by little keep waking to your vibrant self and the knowing that you are enough and you always have been and always will be breathing and breathe out open your heart to yourself and then you will be able to open it even more to others breathing and breathe out breathing breathe in and open and breathe out any pain you are unnecessarily holding on to breathing and release with practice you will be able to feel whole even if someone has put you down as you will be coming from a place where you don't need to be validated from the outside as you have filled the gaps by going within you will see others succeed and feel excited for them rather than feeling inferior and not enough because you will have learned the truth if you love and accept yourself you will no longer need to search for this from the outside breathing and breathe out you are on a journey of healing to feel whole old wounds and suffering are open and being released and old wounds are being tended to being nurtured and being healed breathing and heal breathe out and release you are feeling more whole and more complete than you have ever felt before for breathing and breathe out you are being your inner light out into the world you are feeling calm and you are feeling peaceful and you are feeling loving towards all of humanity especially those that are the most wounded and lost breathing and release you you now have the capacity for deeper compassion and empathy and you understand the pain of others and how it may have shaped them breathing and breathe out you are now able to accept yourself no matter where you are on your healing journey even if you mess up breathing and breathe out you are now able to accept yourself because you are aware of and conscious of filling yourself up from the inside rather than looking to the outside breathing and breathe out you to fill up from the outside means to work harder and you have to keep working to earn validation and approval and you need to keep working to hold on to it instead there is another way where you can offer all of that validation and approval towards yourself at all times whenever you want no waiting breathing and breathe out you can build in a trust and kindness and compassion that will always be there for you when you need it build it up to be so strong that you have an abundant supply and when you get to this point you will feel full and complete and there is nothing someone can say or do from the outside that will wound or harm you or hurt you as your inner strength won't let it in breathing and breathe out your heart will be so strong you will instead simply observe the unkindness of another and allow your compassion for self to overflow towards this person and it may be just the ingredient that may help this person begin to heal it also may not be but you certainly haven't worse in the situation by attempting to wound someone back instead you are still and calm and serene and loving and you are taking that with you into the world wherever you go breathe in and breathe out breathing and fill up breathe out and release any barriers breathing and fill up breathe out and release any pain breathing and fill up breathe out and release any stuck emotions allow the flow of life to be positive and present feel peace and feel calm breathing and breathe out feeling present in your body and feeling full and whole breathing and breathe out slowly open your eyes remaining with your breath breathing and breathe out you
