In this module, we will discover our intentions behind wanting to lose weight and create an immovable and powerful reason that will be your anchor for your journey ahead. We will end this session with a brief meditation to cultivate the mindset of intention and deep motivation that goes beyond appearances and is timeless.

Understanding The Origins Of Body Change And Making Peace With What Is
In this module, we will explore how our weight became an issue for us in the first place, and how when we honor the magic of what our body is designed to do, the shame we may feel about our form can fall away. We will end this session with a guided meditation on accepting where we are to cultivate the changes we are capable of.

Eating From Within
This module explores the food options available to us today and helps us explore which of these options is most aligned with our "why". A very rudimentary explanation of the nutritional benefits of certain food groups is presented. We will do a brief guided meditation on the natural habit of eating and cultivate awe and respect for our bodies.

Mindfulness And Eating
In this module, we will learn to get into our bodies to start to feel its needs and appropriately and lovingly respond to them. We will learn how to know when to eat, when to stop, and how eating nurturing foods help us to better hear these natural signals. We end the lesson with a body scan to help us really tune into the sensations of our body in a nonjudgemental way, so that we can better hear its message and meet its needs.

Using Present Moment Awareness And Self-compassion To Cultivate Change
The habits that lead to excess weight can often be traced to the decisions we make in the present moment. In this lesson, we learn to face the moment we're in and honestly acknowledge what we truly need. We also learn to let go of negative feelings that come up when we betray these needs. We learn to use our feelings as guides and also to create a new path forward. We end with a meditation on honoring feelings and manifesting positive change.

Working With Thoughts
In this final lesson, we explore the power of our thoughts on our weight release journey. We see how our thoughts create feelings which in turn create our actions, and how we can utilize our thinking to create new feelings and new actions that better serve our goal. In our final meditation, we focus on affirming our gratitude for what we have, and empower ourselves to choose thoughts to create a more loving reality for ourselves.
