I'll be sharing my favorite affirmations and one that helped me get through a difficult period of life where the future was uncertain.

We'll discuss the best way to prep the subconscious before sleep and when we wake up. Closing out with a self love mind meditation focusing on releasing the thoughts that no longer serve you and calling on the higher vibrational thoughts bringing in more love and joy into your life.
