In addition, we'll discuss various modalities to assist your body in connecting to the earth, harnessing the energy of what you want to embody and dress your body. You'll learn the importance of slowing down, discovering exercise you like and connecting with the food to nourish your body.


Meet your Teacher

Meet Lisa, Soul Designer. Lisa supports individuals in creating deep spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation by helping them release what no longer serves and remodel their internal world for their happiest and most aligned life. Her journey began over 20 years ago as she sought to manage her own stress and anxiety, which led her to a spiritual school where she spent over four years studying and developing her intuitive gifts. She is trained in reading auras, chakras, past lives, energy work, and trauma work, and has continued to expand her work over the years while also cultivating her own unique modalities and approach. With over 17 years of experience helping clients, Lisa has integrated her knowledge, intuitive insight, and lived experience into her signature Soul Design Blueprint, guiding individuals to live their happiest and most aligned lives.
