What if we can embrace choice in all of the "brushstrokes" and colours that we use? What if they don't have to be approved of or understood by anyone else? What if each of us has a unique masterpiece to create? And what if we create it every day? Through this course, we will explore: - What life could be like if we created like an artist - The challenges that we may face in our desire to create in freedom - Looking at the world through a Quantum lens - How to make our soul grow and expand - How to live what we can't explain to others - How to "clear our canvas" so that we can paint something truly new Each day will bring you on a personal journey of self-discovery giving ideas and tools to take into your day... to create the magnificent creation that is your life.

“The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.” ~ Pablo Picasso. What does it mean to be fully alive each day? What if we created from that place? Let's explore what living our lives as an artistic masterpiece would look like.

What is Art?

"This world is but a canvas to our imagination." ~ Henry David Thoreau. There are many things in the world that we call art. In this module, we look at art from the inspired place of an artist. Sometimes, we have a vision of what we are painting. Sometimes, we trust the process and are wonderfully surprised.

Quantum Possibilities

“This is a quantum universe … neither random nor determined. It is potential at every second. All you can do is intervene.” ~ Jeanette Winterson. Our challenges in artistically creating a life of our own often come from the limitations we perceive in the physical world around us. But what happens to those possibilities when we consider the quantum realm? How much more expansive can we be when consider the unlimited potential of the quantum field?

Are You A Painter or an Artist?

Sometimes we think that we are being artists because we are doing little things here and there that are truly joyful and inspired. But are we actually just colouring in someone else's colouring book? Are we truly creating the whole picture ourselves?

Art vs Living in an Equation

Are there certain variables that must be in your "equation" for life? Are there things that you must have in order to be happy? What if the equation isn't true? What if equations don't actually work for human creative beings?

What Are We Really Capable Of?

What does it mean to be human? What would life be like if we fully engaged our upper chakras in the same way that we dive into our lower ones? Let's explore Thoreau's time at Walden. What can we learn about what life is really like?

Making Your Soul Grow

What if we created in our lives without anyone knowing? What if we created for the sheer joy of creating - like eating a favourite food? We don't need to tell anyone we ate it. We did it for us. How can we bring this into our life of artistic creation?

Channelling Your Life

`Imagine allowing each brushstroke to happen according to our inner truth and inspiration, not knowing what the end result will be. It is a different journey to just trust within. To be constantly listening, making choices, and allowing ourselves to be drawn on the adventure of our true path.

Allowing Confusion & Challenges

“You have to systematically create confusion; it is what sets creativity free. Everything that is contradictory creates life”. ~ Salvador Dalí. What would you love to do that might upset the current apple cart? What might happen? Which way may your life take you? What creativity is possible in this new world?

Clearing Our Canvas

Are there already markings on the canvas of your life? Are there ideas, addictions, or expectations already on there that we must now paint around? How can we start to clear that canvas so that we can paint the current vision of our masterpiece?

Allowing Ourselves To Explore

“Every artist was first an amateur.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson. Oh, the joys of being an amateur - getting to try new things, no fear or worry of "doing it right". To release ourselves of the illusion of "being perfect" and instead walking forward in total inner connection, peace, and humility - as we watch our wonderful masterpiece unfold.

The “artist” metaphor is brilliant and resonated with me immediately. Upon reflection, my creative spark has mostly manifested through day dreaming and doodles, and I was domesticated at a young age that both were “bad”. Thank you. I have enjoyed the daily ponderings. I have never looked at myself as being an “artist” in the traditional sense, though at some point I started to see my life as my creation - which it really is. Doing what brings me joy is the best, and I love looking around to see what others are creating. There are some great canvasses out there 🙏🏻🌟✨🌟💫🌟🙏🏻
