So come lying on your back completely comfortable,
Maybe with a pillow under your head.
Just stretch for a moment.
Stretch your toes,
Stretch your fingers.
Release any tension that's in the body because our goal is to be completely still.
So just take a moment to contract muscles and release them.
Stretch out your face,
Stretch out your fingers,
Your toes,
Any of the big muscles in the body.
Just contract them and then release them until you're completely comfortable and feel like you could actually lay still for a little while.
So lying on your back with your arms at your side,
Palms facing up.
Just feel your belly rising with the inhale and falling with your exhale.
Allow your body to lie perfectly still.
Sometimes there are little fidgets that want to move,
But let's just let them go.
Let's choose to just breathe.
Allow our breath to be the only thing that's moving.
Allowing the spirit to be moving through our physical body.
As a human,
We have two poles,
Positive and negative,
Like a battery.
As a woman,
Our negative or feminine pole is our yoni,
Our vagina.
And our positive pole,
Our masculine pole,
Is our heart center.
This meditation circulates energy receiving through our yoni and giving energy back out through our heart.
So let's start to bring the breath into this.
And as we inhale,
Inhaling energy into our yoni and exhaling it out of our heart center.
Allow your breath to be any way it is naturally.
The more natural we can be,
The more the energy,
The prana permeates our cells to release all stress,
Opens our cells to receive.
Release any stresses or any tension so that this energy can completely come in.
And then as it comes in,
Completely release it out of the heart.
If there's any blockages there,
Just ask that they be removed.
Sometimes it's a little scary to let things go through the heart.
So just gently allow a little bit more to flow through with every breath.
Dantra is a mystical path which means that we desire a direct relationship with God,
Spirit,
Source,
However you understand it.
God is often called the beloved,
Our closest friend,
Our lover.
So let's imagine that this is what we are receiving and this is what we are giving back to.
Feel the energy of God,
Of the universe entering your yoni,
Entering your first chakra.
And then as it moves through your system,
Give back through the heart in love.
This is infinite energy,
Infinite energy,
Infinite possibility,
Inspiration,
Wonder entering you.
And then we are able to give back with all the love that we truly are.
We may never have been able to give this kind of love back in our normal life,
But it's within us to be this open,
To be able to receive this much because we are so loved.
Allow your breath to deepen with this incredible influx of energy and love.
Let's allow our hearts to open even more.
Feel as any tension you might feel in the body.
Essentially we are feeling love.
We are receiving infinite love because that's what we're a part of.
We are giving back infinite love to everyone we love in our lives,
To everyone in the world who really needs it.
But also just giving back in gratitude.
Just thankful to be alive,
To open our hearts in pure thanks because today we woke up and we got to breathe and we got to have experiences.
Allowing yourself to receive even more.
Self love is about connection to our own soul,
To feel that soul within you and nourish it with this love to open ourselves to completely fill that soul.
Continue this cycle for as long as feels wonderful.
The music will continue to play but lie as long as you would like.
