Intro to EFT Tapping
Since this isn't a video lesson, I encourage you to look up diagrams of the main EFT Tapping spots. Here's what we'll be doing:
1) side of the hand to set us up
2) inside eyebrows (I like using two hands)
3) side of eyes
4) under eyes
5) under nose
6) chin, just under your bottom lip
7) tip of collarbones
8) under arm
9) top of head
Note: before every session, you'll rate how you feel on a scale of 1-10. I'll guide you through this in the next part.

During this session, we'll let go of wanting to please or gain approval from the toxic person in question to the extent that it's wise and good for us to do so. We'll tap on affirmations that include courage, self-respect, and more self-love. Note: This topic is very deep! Take good care of yourself and feel free to keep tapping and reach out to your support system to help you clear it.

High Stress & Anxiety Around This Relationship
This session will relieve the often intense stress and anxiety that comes with toxic relationships. We'll tap on feeling physically and emotionally flooded, exhausted, and in fight-or-flight. A reminder: if you are in a physically, emotionally, psychologically abusive relationship, please seek the proper help immediately.

Feeling Guilty or Blocked about Wanting to Leave
This final session will help you tap on the difficult emotions of guilt, sadness, fear, and more. You'll come out the other side feeling more connected to what you want and need. Forgiveness is a big component of any healing journey, and today's session will be a start in inviting in healing energy around this relationship.
