Hello and welcome to your meditation to release self-doubt.
My name is Ellie Bosmorova and I'll be guiding your journey today.
Go ahead now and find a comfortable position for your practice.
Whether sitting or lying down,
Make sure you're in a space where you won't be disturbed.
A place that's quiet and comfortable.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and take three deep breaths.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose.
Holding briefly at the top.
Sighing out and exhale.
And take two more breaths just like that.
Letting go of everything that's come before this.
And letting go of everything that's coming after,
Just for now.
Let the rhythm of your breathing be steady now.
Effortless.
In and out.
Imagine now that from the bottom of your feet,
Beautiful golden roots emerge and reach into the ground all the way down into the center of the earth.
These roots will take all the nourishment,
All the grounding you need as we begin our practice.
Allowing you to stay grounded in the midst of all that may arise.
As you evolve into a more powerful,
More powerful,
More powerful,
More powerful,
As you evolve into a more powerful,
More loving,
More connected version of yourself.
And imagine now from your heart center flowing up through the top of your head all the way out to the farthest reaches of the universe,
Is a beautiful column of golden light.
Connecting you with all that is.
With the whole universe.
So that you can be open to inspiration.
To ideas from a higher level of consciousness.
Open to any information you might need to propel yourself forward in your life and your relationships.
Now I want you to imagine yourself standing in a room.
See yourself through your own eyes.
And bring to mind anything you're feeling doubt around.
Anywhere where you're doubting yourself.
Your ability to make a wise decision for you.
Bringing to mind anywhere where you're seeking approval from other people.
And maybe moving away from what's true to you.
Looking at yourself in that room with that thing or those instances of that self doubt.
And just notice yourself sharing space.
With this challenge.
With this opportunity.
It can come up as a symbol,
As a memory,
As a person.
Just notice.
And just see yourself,
Hear yourself saying now to this opportunity,
This challenge.
There was once a time when I doubted myself.
When I thought the answer I needed was in you.
I see now I was mistaken.
I see now that the answer I need is within me.
Take a deep breath and allow this statement to fill your being with that radiant light.
The specific answer may not come to you yet or it may already be here as a knowing or a nudge or just a thought.
Take a moment now to look through your own eyes in that picture.
So imagine that you are now in that room with that challenge,
That thing,
That area where you feel self doubt.
Where you used to feel that old self doubt.
And look at that challenge.
And can you say thank you?
Thank you for helping me find myself.
When you're ready.
Take another deep breath and just notice.
That that object,
That person in the room is getting smaller and smaller and smaller until it fades completely from view.
And on your next deep breath release this image completely and reconnect with the rhythm of your breathing.
And just allow the following affirmations to become a part of you choosing the ones you like most and repeating them silently.
And I'll repeat these a few times.
I now realize how confident I really am.
I have clarity about my next steps.
I can communicate with integrity.
I am worthy of connection that feels good to me.
I am realizing how confident I really am.
I have clarity on my next steps.
I can communicate with integrity.
I am worthy of connection that feels good to me.
Allow yourself to be present and to integrate what you've gained here.
You've done a beautiful job.
Taking a step in transforming your life and moving forward.
On your next deep breath,
Allow yourself to slowly come back into the room you're in.
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Maybe taking a nice deep breath and a stretch.
Again,
I'm Ellie Bosmorova.
I'm so proud of you and I can't wait to practice with you again soon.
