Hello and welcome to your Reiki meditation for stress relief and inner healing.
I'm Ellie Bosmarova,
A Reiki master and your guide for our session today.
Go ahead now and get in your comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And just be prepared to receive this practice today.
When you're there,
Just take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
And if it feels supportive to you,
Flutter your eyes closed.
And by being here today,
By listening to this meditation,
You are acknowledging your desire and willingness to receive Reiki energy wherever it is for your highest good.
We only send Reiki energy,
Which is just universal life force energy,
We only send it to people who are desiring to receive it.
So now I want you to just breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth on your own time,
Setting an intention for your practice today.
Maybe an intention for any kind of inner healing or release,
Anything that comes to mind is perfect.
I want you to imagine now that your body is full of air,
Full of energy from your day,
Your week,
Your year,
Your lifetime,
Stored,
Accumulated energy that you're ready to release,
To create space for something better.
With each inhale and exhale,
Can you imagine that valves have opened up on the tips of your fingers,
Allowing you to release this energy,
To release any accumulated stress,
Negative emotions,
Pain,
Giving yourself permission to let that go.
Noticing the energy for how it has supported you and served you,
Letting it go on its way.
With each breath,
Noticing the body,
Either physically or in your mind,
Becoming lighter,
More open,
Emptier,
More spacious.
And if your mind wanders,
Just bringing it back with a nice deep breath,
Without judgment.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
Now I want you to imagine a bright column of light forming and floating over the top of your head.
This is the purest,
Most powerful light coming to you from the farthest reaches of the universe,
Woven into the fabric of everything that exists.
And now we're going to invite this light,
This energy into the body to fill that space we've created.
And as this light moves through the body,
You're going to notice it changing colors.
So now,
As you take your next deep breath in,
Inviting that light to flow into the top of the head,
Watching that light become a beautiful violet purple.
As it clears and rejuvenates your mind,
Filling you with a sense of peace,
Of clarity,
Of connection.
And on your next deep inhale and exhale,
Letting that universal light flow into the forehead,
The face,
The rest of the head,
Turning a brilliant blue.
As you open your third eye,
Reconnect with your creativity,
With your imagination.
And just breathing with that energy.
Allowing yourself to move into a space of greater peace,
Healing,
And clarity than you've ever known before.
Affirming that you are worthy,
That you deserve this peace.
Now letting that light flow into the throat space,
Becoming a paler blue.
Notice any blocks in the throat chakra are removed,
Allowing you to communicate your truth.
Breathing in and breathing out.
You're doing great.
Letting this universal light become a bright green as it moves into your heart.
Such a powerful source of love and energy within each of us.
Can you allow your heart to open and receive this energy in any way you need?
Letting it meet that need.
On your next inhale and exhale.
Taking all the time you need in any particular place.
And if you're ready,
Letting that light flow now into the solar plexus region where your gut is.
Breathing in to this other source of power.
This place of courage and integrity and connection.
Letting that light become a beautiful yellow.
And then watching it transform as it flows down just below your belly button,
Becoming a brilliant orange color.
The energy here amplifying your sense that you are capable.
That you can face what life might have for you.
And so it is.
And finally this beautiful light moves down into the root space of the body.
You can think of this as where your reproductive organs are or the tip of your spine.
The light now deep red.
As you breathe here,
Feeling more and more grounded,
Connected.
Can you imagine this beautiful universal light allowing itself to form roots?
Pouring into the earth now,
Allowing you to be nourished and connected.
To come back to this sense of connection any time you need.
To remind yourself when things are difficult that you are never alone.
You are always supported.
On your next deep breath in,
Can you imagine that beautiful universal light flowing back up through the body,
Going out from the top of the head,
Still connected to you,
But now reaching back out to the edge of the universe?
