Welcome to the course that will help you believe in yourself and boost your self-confidence by using practices of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I’m Fabio, an internationally certified therapist and meditation teacher with tens of thousands of students all around the world. I’ve been practicing NLP for more than 15 years, and I’ve designed this course for people who have decided to make a change in their life and are looking for the right motivation or tools to really make it happen. By the end of this course, you’ll already see the first improvements and you’ll have learned tricks and secrets to trust and believe in yourself in every aspect of your life. During the course, you will learn how the mind works and how to leverage its natural mechanisms to your advantage. You will discover your true strengths and I will prepare you to judge yourself fairly to feel your worth and realize your full potential, avoiding the common pitfalls of those who end up feeling they are a failure. After that, you will learn how to stop comparing yourself to others and manage the voice in your mind, so it sustains your positive mindset in everything you do in your life. Every step and technique is explained with examples from real clients, and a practical application so that it will be easy for you to understand how you can apply them specifically to the things you’d like to improve. We will experience a new technique together in every lesson. I have prepared this course for people motivated to look at themself differently to boost their confidence and self-esteem but don’t know exactly how and where to start. You will soon see how it will reflect positively on your performance in sports, work, relationships, and most importantly on how you feel about yourself every day. Maybe you tried to change it in the past, but without complete success. No pre-requirements are necessary other than keeping an open mind.

Understand Your Mind
Welcome and congratulations! By starting this course, you have already made the first step in the right direction to become the person you want to be. At the end of this lesson, you will be able to distinguish the thoughts and functions of the: Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind, Unconscious Mind. And you will know how to use each one of them so they can help you do anything you need.

The first thing you need to start any practice is a safe place where you feel free to be yourself. In this lesson, we will create that place in your mind so you can use it during this whole course and anytime you will ever need it moving forward. I learned this technique from a retired US Navy Seal Captain who needed it to find peace in life-threatening situations. Because it worked for him in life-threatening situations, chances are it works well for you too in your everyday life.
