The first thing you need to start any practice is a safe place where you feel free to be yourself. In this lesson, we will create that place in your mind so you can use it during this whole course and anytime you will ever need it moving forward. I learned this technique from a retired US Navy Seal Captain who needed it to find peace in life-threatening situations. Because it worked for him in life-threatening situations, chances are, it will work well for you too in everyday life.
