Hi,

And welcome to this Box Breathing Meditation that will help you relax,

Center yourself,

And focus.

Find a comfortable position with your back straight.

Take a deep breath through your nose,

Filling your lungs to their fullest capacity.

Hold for a moment and then exhale through your mouth,

Letting out all the air.

The technique we will practice today is called Box Breathing,

Because you can imagine following the four sides of a squared box with your breath.

Inhaling relaxation,

Holding peace,

Exhaling tension,

And holding focus.

Let's begin.

Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four,

Three,

Four.

Hold for a count of four,

Three,

Four.

Exhale through your mouth for a count of four,

Three,

Four.

And hold your breath for a count of four,

Exhale in tension,

And hold in focus.

Well done.

Now,

Take one final deep breath in,

Hold it,

And exhale slowly as you notice how your body and mind feel better now.

Take a moment to appreciate the sense of calmness and focus that you have cultivated.

Whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed,

Remember that you can always come back to this practice to find peace and tranquility.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Till next time.
