Learning to worry less brings significant benefits to both your mental and physical health. As Eckhart Tolle wisely said, “Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose.” In this course, you'll learn how to take control of your worries and manage them in a way that helps you channel your energy more productively. You'll explore a practical framework for improving your health and well-being, along with simple practices to help reduce worry. Worry Less With "The Circle Of Control"- A Framework To Enhance Health And Wellbeing
Don't waste time on the things you cannot control! Here you will learn about a framework that can help you to focus your energy productively. By recognising what we can and cannot control, and focusing our energy on areas where we can create positive change, we build resilience, lessen anxiety, and enhance our sense of personal empowerment.
Les 2
Awareness Is The First Step In Reducing Worry & Rumination
Worry and rumination are really just habits, and the more we feed them, the stronger they become. Here you can learn to train the brain to follow new pathways, ones that lead to more calm, clarit,y and balance.
Les 3
Lessen Worry By Creating A Safe Space In Your Mind
Here you will learn how to create a safe place in your mind. Establishing the practice of visiting your safe, calm place in your mind regularly helps you to soothe the nervous system, interrupt worry loops, build resilience, and improve perspective.
Les 4
A Safe Place Meditation
Here we will practice intentionally visualising a serene and secure environment. The more you practice this mindful meditation, the easier it will be to trigger a physiological shift away from the "fight-or-flight" state (associated with anxiety) towards a calmer state.

Choose How You Respond To Your Anxious Mind
Each time we intentionally take ourselves to our safe place in the mind, we are feeding the wolf of peace and calm. The parable of the two wolves demonstrates the importance of nurturing positive emotions and behaviours in order to strengthen "the good wolf" and train the brain to experience less worry and fear.
Les 6
Letting Go Of Worry & Returning To Inner Calm
You will need 15 minutes for this mindfulness practice. Here, we will use the feet as an anchor to assist in feeling more grounded and present. Worry can feel like mental clutter, and this practice will help anchor attention away from the mind and into the lower body. In this meditation, you’ll learn to recognize those visiting thoughts of worry and gently return to the quiet, steady awareness that lives beneath them.

Carrying Calm Forward
As you arrive at this final lesson, take a moment to pause and acknowledge how far you have come. You've learned to meet worry with awareness and to steady your mind through gentle grounding practices, reframing your thoughts along with action where possible. The aim now is not to banish worry, but to carry your calm forward. I hope this course will help you to move through life with greater balance, compassion, and trust in your ability to soothe your anxious mind whenever it stirs.
