Transcript

This meditation is a collection of affirmations to kick-start your day,

Your week or even your year.

And when you're ready just breathe up through your nose.

A nice deep inhalation up through your nose and then just pausing and when you're ready just breathing out through your nose or through your mouth.

It really doesn't matter.

And as you do so just notice how your body feels whether you're relaxed or perhaps tense.

But just gauge how your body feels right now in this moment and remember that this is your time.

Time for you to relax and unwind.

And in the next few minutes I'm going to say some affirmations and let these affirmations soak into your awareness,

Making space for healing and growth.

I accept that life can be difficult at times.

Like a river I go with the flow of life's ups and downs.

I'm willing to experience all of my emotions whatever they may be.

I let go of what I can't control and embrace what I can.

I trust that synchronicity will work in my favor.

I choose to focus on the goodness that surrounds me.

I'm grateful every day for this life.

In this mysterious world I trust that what's for me will not go past me.

If it's not for me I choose to peacefully let it go.

I trust that I can navigate my way forward despite any obstacles.

I treat myself with kindness and compassion.

I take time to rest and experience the calm I create for myself.

Daily I build in time to protect my peace.

I look after myself so I can care for others.

I honor my limits and express them when needed.

I practice self-care and prioritize my health and well-being.

I intend to find balance and harmony whenever possible.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

May these affirmations strengthen you and allow you to make good decisions that benefit your own health and well-being.

Remembering that self-care is vital.

I'm Hilary Hart.

Namaste.

Self care first. Self care makes me calm and confident that I can be of service to others & myself. Thank you Hilary for your suggestion to listen to this.
