Maria Blyth is a queer, neurodivergent writer, tarot reader and meditation teacher from the Shetland Isles. She was mentored by the late Buddhist teacher Michael Stone and has led hundreds of students towards a more mindful way of living through her work at Cambridge University. She has also studied counselling to a pre-clinical level. Her teaching style is intuitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in lived experience.
