Chakra Cleansing Vocal Toning

Hello and welcome to this chakra cleansing vocal toning meditation.

My name is Ben Holt.

And every chant we will be doing during the meditation,

Including the music you're hearing now,

Is at the healing frequency of 432 hertz.

We will be chanting in sequence with the chakra system,

Starting at the root chakra,

In the key of C we will be chanting UH.

Then to the sacral chakra in the key of D,

Where we will be chanting OO.

Then the solar plexus chakra in the key of E,

We will be chanting OO.

Then to the heart chakra in the key of F,

We will be chanting AH.

Then to the throat chakra in the key of G,

We will be chanting I.

Then to the third eye chakra in the key of A,

We will be chanting A.

And finally the crown chakra in the key of B.

At the end of the sequence,

We will be chanting EE.

And as we chant for each chakra,

We will visualize an energy swirling in that chakra center,

The color representing that specific chakra.

For the root,

It will be red.

The sacral will be orange.

The solar plexus will be yellow.

The heart will be green.

The throat will be blue.

The third eye will be purple.

And the crown chakra will be a beautiful pink.

As we begin with the root chakra,

We will imagine a red swirling energy vibrating and pulsing deep in our root chakra,

Moving counterclockwise.

And as we make the sound UH,

We will bring the vibratory sensations into that space,

Awakening the root chakra,

Bringing us safety and security.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And sighing it out the mouth.
