What are you feeling right now?
Is your heart heavy with grief?
Is your mind swirling in confusion?
Conversations you wish you had the courage to have or conversations you know better than to have?
Where are you with yourself in this now moment?
And who is telling you who you are in your life?
In all your relationships,
Are you dancing around people?
Are you walking on eggshells?
Are you contorting yourself to fit their narrative,
Their expectation?
Let's take two big releasing breaths and on the exhale make whatever sound feels good for you.

One of the most powerful moments for you is when you can stand in your own light and say,
I am that I am.
Which means you are yourself.
Beautifully,
Perfectly flawed like everyone else.
We all have messes to clean up.
We all have things that we could do better.
We're all a work in progress.
But ultimately who you are is perfect just as you are.

You know that the more that you live from light and joy and love,
Which is your true self,
My true self,
Everyone's true self,
We change our world,
We change our relationships.
It is the most beautiful revolution that could happen to your life.
Invite that in and be curious what happens when you live light and spread light in your day,
When you live in joy and spread that in your day,
When you live from the deepest place of love,
Loving yourself for exactly who you are,
And in so doing,
Loving everyone around you exactly how they are.
