Find yourself sitting comfortably.
Inhale as you lengthen through the spine.
Extending your posture,
Lifting shoulders.
Exhaling,
Rolling shoulders back and down.
Inhaling,
Lift shoulders.
Exhale,
Roll back and down.
Inhale,
Lift shoulders.
And exhale,
Roll back and down.
Feel the shoulders back and relaxed.
Beautiful posture.
Proudly holding the head.
Soften the muscles of the body.
Relax with each exhale.
And find yourself landing in this now moment.
Letting all the infinite thoughts and distractions fall away.
Like sweeping dust out of a room.
Let's take a deep breath in for three om vibrations.
Om.
Gratitude to your guides,
Guardians,
Beings of light,
Angels,
All those that are in the spirit realm here to support you in your practice and throughout your day.
Let's take a breath in and sigh it out.
Another breath in and sigh it out.
To find our place in meditation,
It's possible to just come and sit and the meditation naturally happens.
More often than not,
We sit for meditation and we can hardly keep out the bombardment of all the thoughts,
Worries and urgent things that we occupy our time with.
Our nervous system suffers for all that we carry.
These stresses and worries and most of it is all made in our mind.
If we drop into the now moment and you look around yourself,
You will probably see that you are safe,
That you are provided for,
That you are sheltered and you are deeply loved.
And the fact that you are in this practice shows that you have a level of self-awareness enough to care for your soul self enough to know the benefit of meditation is to bring you back to the truth of life.
The truth of life is to walk in the now moment as your authentic self with a heart full of love for all living things and most preciously yourself.
Let's take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
Maybe your posture is softened a little.
That's fine.
Try not to slouch though.
It will make you more sleepy.
So we're going to charge up the crystal of joy,
Love and peace that is in your heart.
Always there,
Indestructible,
Everlasting.
Your soul self is this crystal.
So we're going to bring hands to prayer position at the heart.
Hands touching.
And inhale.
Bring the hands up the midline,
Over the head.
Form a diamond with your hands.
Fingertips touching.
Thumbs dropped,
Touching to make that diamond and we're exhaling it down to the heart.
Breathe it back up the midline.
Exhale,
Bring it down to the heart.
Keep going and let those breaths become powerful.
Let the eyes float closed as you continue with this breath.
You may feel tingling sensation in your body.
You may begin to bring the focus and the breath totally to this heart space as we are brightening up this crystal in your heart.
One more.
Bring it down.
Crystal of joy,
Love and peace at your heart.
Bringing hands to prayer.
Notice if there is a sense of warmth at the heart.
Perhaps color.
Perhaps vibration energy.
Rest the hands however is comfortable now.
Focus on that crystal of joy in your heart.
What color immediately comes to mind when you think of joy?
Is there an animal that comes to mind when you think of joy?
And let's take a moment to sit with both the color and the animal.
At your heart space,
Sitting with joy.
Now,
Focusing on love.
And feeling this crystal vibrating with radiant love at your heart.
Notice how the color transforms and the animal transforms from joy to love.
Let's sit with this color and this animal that has come to you.
Bringing endless unconditional love for you to sit with.
And now,
The color and the animal transforms into peace.
Feeling a new color and animal waving in on the ether,
The air,
The breath of peace.
And let's sit with this new color and animal.
Feeling a deep sense of peace,
Tranquility,
Resting at your heart.
You now have three colors and three animals.
Joy,
Love,
Peace.
Let's take a moment now to focus on the three colors swirling in your heart in a dance of joy,
Love,
And peace.
And to feel the protection,
Comfort,
And beauty of your three animals all resting in your heart harmoniously gathered.
A swirling of colors.
Joy,
Love,
Peace.
A gathering of animals.
Joy,
Love,
Peace.
All resting in your heart space.
Forming a crystal.
Radiant.
Eternal.
Your true self.
You are joy.
You are love.
You are peace.
Taking a deep breath in and letting it go slowly.
A deep breath in,
Letting it go slowly.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am one with joy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am one with joy.
I am love.
